Brought this believing that it will be of help...Delivery was in time..But they were supposed to install in 24 hours. Even after 5 days no response from eureka forbes. Contacted their customer service and booked appointment also...But no response...Unexpected from Eureka forbes... still waiting for them to turn up for installation...dont know how long have to wait.

All good but hot water switch is not reliable and need to include extra filter and nice water purifier but cost is high and only 1 year warranty with the cost give another 1 year is good

Liked the color and design, it's bulky in depth, may not fit in your standard kitchen cabinets.Heating has a separate switch which keep on heating, you need to put it off when you are done with warm water. It doesn't go off automatically. So lacking smartness.

Not happy with the product. The hot water outlet is not working. The installation person said hot water will take 30-40 mins and now it has been 2 hours post-installation hot water is not coming. I called the installation person and he said to get in touch with Eureka Forbes. The biggest problem is after product delivery, there is no ownership. At this price and a brand like Eureka, we expected a better service.I was sceptical to buy this after seeing string of negative reviews but trust me the problem is real. The eureka team mentioned that the product is defective, when I requested return, Amazon and eureka team are asking me to arrange for uninstallation myself. This is an expensive machine, is it right to get a local mechanic to do this uninstallation? For the last 7 days, I have been following up with everyone. This has been one of the worst mistakes to buy this product.
