A Favorite with Tea!
The special Alapaha honey blend is one of my favorites from the selection offered by Weeks. It comes close to their Wildflower honey in taste profile, but has its own unique, mild acidity. As far as honey goes, it's not too sweet, but not too dark either - just right to mix with my rooibos tea in the morning!
