I've been seeing these mini- UV lights around for a while and finally bought a string- I like 'em. When the ceiling lights are low and I'm in bed reading, they send out a warm and colorful and relaxing glow from across the room. I spent a lot of my childhood at the Fillmore West and other music venues, which always had blacklights on during the shows~ so it's kind of a tip of the hat to The Good Old Days too, I suppose... They cost next to nothing~ buy a string, if you don't like 'em, you can just give 'em away.

Painted florescent stars on the bottom side of the mattress slats for our granddaughters loft bed. Added the black light strip of LEDS around the entire underside of the bed and it gives the stars a super bright glow. Just right for my application!

Needed a black light for my cabinet full of glowing glass. Had to order two strands because once you cut it to fit you can’t use the leftover, which is unfortunate.

Great addition to my bookshelf. Only complaint is the adhesive doesn't stick the best. The lights are small but mighty and do the trick!

I bought this light for my son's room along with glow in the dark star stickers. He LOVES it!!! The light makes his entire room glow and he thinks is so cool. The light does not get hot or make noise like the old black lights did. I am very happy with this purchase.

The LEDs lose brightness from the plug end up, as in the ones closest to the plug light up brightest, and then gradually they become dimmer. This is below DIY-garage-cobbled up quality, it is going back.

I was hesitant to order these black lights but I’m so glad I did. I ordered two for a 12X12 ft room and it illuminates it perfectly. Great quality for a great price.
