What is Best health Fitness watch

Fitbit. I am an Apple stockholder but bought Fitbit instead because of its price and its heart monitoring ability. Also it lasts 4+ days without a charge. Not so for an Apple Watch.

Will these fit a dirrelo watch? or just the fitbit? i have a dirrelo id207 and can not find a replacement band! help!
