As someone who has a deviated septum and suffers from all year allergies, when I sleep my nose gets stuffed and for weeks I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night to unclog my nose.However! After last night, this is a game changer! As directed I cleaned my nose and put the nasal strip where it’s supposed to go. It’s a bit tough but once it’s on it does not come off. This product is to ease the nasal passages so that you can breathe better. If you or your partner have chronic snoring then consulting a doctor is your best option. Nasal strips are for your NOSE! Recently, I decided to try them for sleep and it was a game changer. Here are some notes...Standard - Breathe Right: Works well, but does come off if you have oily skinExtra Strength - Breathe Right (clear): Works better than the standard if you have a wider nose.Extra Strength - Breathe Right (tan): Works the BEST for me as it holds all night long and seems to have the strongest adhesive compared to the clear.I'm glad I started using them. By using it, I definitely notice the difference - I breathe better at night = sleep better. I should have tried this earlier.

I bought these products for the first time in July 2024 even though I’ve had a deviated septum and breathing (from my nose) issues almost my whole life. These work fantastic when it comes to opening up the nasal passage and helping me to breathe. However, I’ve wasted several because they aren’t long enough to cover the entire width of my nose so if I don’t center it right I pull it off to readjust and it’s not as sticky or if I have any sort of lotion on my face ( I use oil free and wait until fully dry) it still doesn’t adhere well and I ultimately have to toss it. These issues to me are mild/moderately inconvenient but for the price and the quality of sleep I get with it on- I can deal with it !

I have trouble breathing out of my nose, so I actually wear these around the clock (unless I'm out in public in a situation where I care how I look, in which case I either wear the clear version or don't wear them at all).One thing worth mentioning (and the main reason I'm leaving this review) is that the tan version sticks to your nose *far* better than the clear version. The tan one can usually last a full day, while the clear comes off pretty easily if I work out or something (and pretty much never lasts more than 8 hours or so). So if you don't care about the appearance (for example if you only wear them at night), absolutely get the tan version instead of the clear ones.

I've been a long-time user of Breathe Right Nasal Strips, and they’ve truly made a huge difference in how I sleep—especially during allergy season or when I have a cold. They help open up my nasal passages and noticeably reduce snoring. So when I saw the Extra Strength version, I figured I’d give it a try.While it absolutely worked as intended and kept my airways open, the adhesive was way too strong. When I went to remove it, it almost ripped the skin off my nose. It left my skin irritated and red, which is definitely not something I want to deal with—especially if I’m using these nightly.So while I can’t fully knock the product (it does work), I’d personally stick with the regular version, which is much gentler and still very effective. Breathe Right strips really are a life-changing solution for better sleep—just not this extra strength version for me.
