Would you say this is super salty? Some cheddar powder is much more saltier than others depending on the brand that's why..

I would not consider this salty. I sometimes add popcorn salt when I use this. Comparing it to Kernel Seasons Cheddar which I do think is salty. This one just tastes like cheddar, it is our favorite popcorn seasoning.

I have ordered this twice now and before we can use half of it, it sticks together and is very hard, what do i need to do to keep it from getting hard

I make sure it’s closed tight, and I keep it in a dry, cabinet. I haven’t had any caking problems. Try storing it an a dry dark area. I hope this helps.

Does it taste very similar to Cheetos ?

Not like cheetos, more like cheese popcorn in the big round popcorn tins.

For anyone who likes taking things way too literally: THIS DOESN'T ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE CHEDDAR CHEESE. It's not supposed to! It's supposed to taste like that delicious orange popcorn that always disappears first from those holiday tins. And this is a very close match! Stuff is tasty!I'm too lazy to toss my popcorn in oil to make it stick, but discovered that layering it, lightly spraying with butter-flavored cooking spray, then powdering it works the easiest for me. When the bown is full, stir it a little and you're good to go.My girflriend turned her nose up at it when I was making it, then wouldn't keep her hand out of my bowl after I sat next to her. I finally got up and made a second bowl for us to share.I have NFC what is in this stuff, nor do I want to know. I just know it tastes good and makese me happy.
