Change batteries, still not working.Is it know to go bad

I am just now replacing mine-had it for 8 years, used frequently. I would try cleaning the battery contact points inside roller. If that doesn’t help - if it’s past the 30 day return deadline, then call company directly. I’m sure they will send you a replacement. I had my Waterpik electric toothbrush/Waterpik combo; it broke after 13 months. They verified my purchase through Amazon and sent me a Replacement immediately. I had to return broken one, but they covered shipping cost. Micro-Pedi has a good reputation for their product so I’m sure they will do right by you.

Why is the model emjoi callus remover so much more expensive than other models from the same company, 69.99 versus 19.99 or 29.99?

it is more powerful it even takes more batteries to operate it.
