Great knee support ! I bought this because I've been suffering severe sciatic pain which cause the nerve to become painful around the knee joint, above and below it. I tried one of the long straight wraps that you keep wrapping round the joint and fasten with one velcrow strap but I find that kind tends to come unravelled as there's nothing connecting the first end of the wrap with another part so it gradually works it's way loose, where as this support brace has two straps that fasten round the back of the knee, and then two black and blue elasticated straps that cross over the base of the knee, wrap round the back, and fasten securely to the top of the brace. It stays in place, and can be tightened to the desired firmness. If wearing on a bare leg, and likely to be sitting (where the knees bent ) you may want to put a tubi grip behind it so it doesn't cause too much pressure when knees are bent for a period of time, but if worn over leggings or trousers it's no problem. I've been wearing this daily and even some nights since I got it last week as my pain has been so bad. The other added bonus is has a padded circle around the front part of the knee for support, stability, etc, and I've found that helping too as the compression helps my nerve pain. It's also been great if I've had to kneel on the floor, as the padded circle means my knee joint doesn't touch the floor, so no further pain from putting pressure on the knee, whereas if I knelt without it on the pressure of kneeling on the joint would be painful. So a very versatile brass that can be used for several benefits, knee pain, nerve pain, and being able to kneel without causing more problems to the knee. Also they come in a pair so great value for money if you need them to protect both knees, or if you only need one you have a spare for when the other is washed. Delivered quickly on time as stated too.

I purchased these as I have pain in one knee in particular and needed some support whilst exercising. The knee brace fits well and is easy to fit. What is different to my tubular support is that this knee brace holds your knee firmly in place and feels very supportive. The sturdiness of the brace enabled me not to be concerned when exercising . The thickness of the brace adds up the support and feels comfortable to wear, the thickness on the front means when I’m doing floor exercises then my knee doesn’t touch the floor directly . My partner has also used these and he was impressed with the quality and how supportive they are. Good value for money and they do what I want them to do. A great purchase 😀

Sizing is off on the brace well made , supportive just overall length measure 1.5 inch short

I have a torn meniscus and this knee brace makes it much less painful. Walking has been excruciating, with popping, clicking and grinding, and shooting pains, but when wearing this my knee felt less wobbly/unstable, particularly on stairs. This knee support has helped with all of my symptoms, the pain is still there of course, but much less, and I feel more confident with my knee being supported. It’s very comfortable to wear, I put mine on over the top of my jeans. Initially I thought it was too small, but I’d put it on upside down, the ties fix at the top where the fit is wider. My thigh measures 21” which is the top of the width range for this product, but it fits fine.I’m glad I got the two pack so I have a spare. Thoroughly recommend.

I used both knee braces for the first time in my life as I’ve been struggling with knee pain when walking and standing for periods of time, when I wore these for the first time I couldn’t believe that this is how it felt for other people to walk. No pain, just full support for my knees. It’s amazing.

Long term wearing they get a little itchy but help as I'm a carer and kneel alot

I'm really glad I bought these. I have never needed knee supports but was advised to pack some for an upcoming long hike I was doing. I developed a painful knee on day 2 and so popped on the knee support. It already felt much better and by the end of day 3 my knee felt great again. Worked far better than I imagined.
