Worked very well for keeping the litter inside the box

Second one we have bought, fits nicely with about a 1 second install and gives privacy while still allowing our old gal to move freely. Easily removed for cleaning. In contrast, she was not a fan of the top entry version.

Best thing I bought for the cat litter box I have purchased ! Easy to install & keeps smells at a minimum space. Good price as well. Easy to clean and good quality.

Bought this for our scoop-free cat box. The top is not fit. It says it will fit the cat box that we have however it does not snap on the top it just sits on there and slides around. This was a return item. Four stars because it seems like great quality however it is not a fit for what they say it is in the description.

Fit perfectly on the petsafe self cleaning litter box

Functionality: The gen 1 hood was great and stayed in place with no issues, I just had to replace it when the box mechanism wore out after 5 years. The gen 2 hood is missing any feature to hold it securely in place, allowing it to be knocked off easily. It also came with a cheap paper sticker label that left residue on the translucent lid. This product is not well thought out.

If you’re wondering whether you should invest in the lid, then I am here to tell you to go for it! It literally just pops on top so install is a breeze. It also prevents my cat from kicking her litter about the room.
