This cookbook got rave reviews from people. A lot of them are also dieticians and they were impressed. But.....it does not have pictures of most of the recipes. This is important to me in a cookbook, especially when making something I've never made or heard of. So I returned it.

AMAZING COOKBOOK!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Made the chicken and vegetable enchiladas for a quick, healthy weeknight dinner! It turned out amazing and even added in spinach for a little extra color! Love how simple, versatile and flavorful all of these recipes are and can’t wait to make many more recipes from this cookbook!! Would recommend this to anyone for some creative and fun dishes!!

Recipes are good, but some need more flavor
I love the clean eating aspect of this book, but the recipes can be a little lacking in flavor. Most recipes I end up adding more spices, or other ingredients to pack more of a flavorful punch. Great book if you are into clean eating, but you might need to adjust the recipes to your taste.

Tasty Healthy Easy Recipes... this book is AMAZING!!!
This book is AMAZING! I’ve finally found new exciting HEALTHY quick recipes for the family. I prepare food for 4 boys/men that love to eat and have strived to get them to eat healthy for years. The recipes revealed by Kathy are not only easy to make but are healthy and tasty. I’m actually excited to cook again and try out all the book has to offer. The Chocolate and Coconut Energy Bites are out of this world. If you’re looking for some new easy healthy delicious ideas to add to your repertoire this book is for you.

Easy, but get ready to do the dishes
A lot of these recipes call for multiple pots/pans, or are "easy" if you just do the 2-3 hour prep work ahead of time. I really like the clean eating aspect, and there are some vegan options, but I'll probably stick to recipes that can all be cooked in one skillet.

Meh.
I’m sure this lady worked hard writing this book. But personally, the recipes were not 30 mins. Who has time to make all these sauces and dressings etc in addition to making dinner? The recipes were not my favorite and it didn’t have pictures so it was hard to tell if some of my outcomes were looking correct or not. I’m gonna say not my go to or my fav book. A bit disappointed in it to be honest. It lasted about a week tried all the recipes that my husband and I would enjoy.. don’t think we will be getting much use out of this book to say the least..

Great 30 minute cookbook
I think this book is great. I have made a lot of the recipes so far using what ingredients I had on hand. They don't necessarily have to be organic ingredients and I have even replaced items with things I like. Granted, I am not eating 100% "clean" and I may have only made 3 or 4 recipes exactly as is in the book, but the recipes are great, most really do take only 30 minutes to make, clean up is easy, and I like that they taste really good even if I change up with my own stuff. For example, we don't like brown rice, so it's always white rice. And I don't like kale or eggplant and am not familiar enough with "ancient" grains so I either have skipped those or modified. But there are lots of recipes without those so I'm happy I bought this book!

Amazing, delicious and easy!!!
I purchased this book a few months ago when the title of "30 minute" and "clean" caught my eye. Until now, it had been difficult to combine a healthy eating style with my needed fast preparation. This book has it all! So many delicious items, I can't choose one as a favorite. My family is looking forward to me making my way through the whole book!
