are these only as wide as 32c? anyone have actual width measurement? looking for a bigger road tire

I replaced 35s on a bianchi all road impulso with these, these tires mounted and inflated to 65 pounds are 40 cm wide at widest point. I have had them as high as 100 pounds. The rim at its widest is 32. They roll better than the original knobby that was shipped. Hope this helps
