I was a big fan of the NuWave but I could not manage the top any more. NuWave makes a similar air fryer but I decided to try the Costway because if the price. I’m very pleased with the look and ease of use. I like not having to use the full sized oven for simple meals. The shelves allow cooking multiple things at once. Every thing is crispy, hit and fast.

This air fryer is good, we have had it about a week and we used it everyday. Food is crispy and cooked evenly. It is large enough to cook for 3-4 people at once. I hope it lasts because so far we love it.

Sorry for the late review, I've been meaning to do this for a while! I've had this for a little over a month now and I have used it about 20 times! This product is a life saver! I bought this mainly for the rotisserie, for a boneless rib roast for Xmas and it turned out simply amazing, and was fully cooked in an hour! A few other things, wings (numerous times), boneless turkey breast numerous times), chicken breast (numerous times), and warmed up food for convection effect. Everything has turned out so amazing and I always get compliments from the family!! It's extremely easy to clean and large enough for people who cook large meals. I have to add that customer service was phenomenal!! I was missing a wing nut and they actually sent me the entire rotisserie unit, express mail!! I've never had such great service like this and really commend them for a great product, at a great price, and wonderful experience with the company!

I love the size, bigger than our old one, love the mint green color. Love the inside metal instead of plastic, much easier to keep clean. Hate that the heating coil isn't removable to clean also, should have been made to be removed like the old electric stove coils - pop in & out. Hate that the light doesn't stay on until I'm done cleaning, have to keep turning it back on. Not happy about the door not coming down even on our counter, have to pull it to the end to get the racks out easily, especially when hot. We ended up putting ours on a large square glass base to make the door lay flat. But the main thing is it's been working well, does a bang up job - we use it for almost everything. We put paper towels between the black tray & 1 screen on the bottom rungs to collect the grease & to keep the towels from blowing around. Helps keep it cleaner longer.

I love this machine. Pictured is a 10” pizza cooking. It keeps the cheese soft and melty and crisps pizza crust. I love it for Asian dumplings and Indian samosas. I love it so much that when a sister was shopping for an air fryer, I surprised her and sent her one of these. She texted me: “This air fryer is the best GD thing I have ever gotten ever. Lol!”, “ I had these "fresh" frozen potato chips and every time we baked them they were shit. Burnt, or mushy. No in between. WE JUST MADE POTATO CHIPS IN THE ROTISSERIE BASKET!”, and “ Thank you again. This is awesome.” i highly recommend this machine. Also, customer service was excellent. The first one I received was broken during shipping. I messaged the seller and a photograph, and they promptly sent me a new one.

This is my third or fourth air fryer in the last ~10 years and so far it's been good. I've contemplated spending real money on a name brand device but the cheapies have served me well.My biggest criticism is that the controls are clunky and it makes an obnoxious and loud beeping sound with every button press when you adjust settings, including a continuous BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP as you adjust the time or temperature. Also the timer maxes out at one hour which isn't quite enough time for some use cases.For me the rotisserie basket is the most important addition and specifically why I chose this device; I use it to roast coffee beans and it works well for this at a fraction of the price of entry level coffee roasters. :-)The size is pretty generous compared to other air fryers with room for at least three racks of food to cook simultaneously and the results I have been getting are better than what I managed with previous ovens—although maybe I've just learned some things.Hopefully this budget air fryer holds up better than the last few. *Fingers crossed*

Okay, so I really loved this thing. I ordered it back in July, and have had no complaints… it’s easy to use, worked great, it’s super cute… I actually really enjoyed using it. Then one day it stopped working. No reason, no warning… it’s just dead. I used it 2-3 times per week, so it wasn’t excessively used or abused in any way. It’s easily one of my favorite kitchen gadgets, so it’s really a shame that it quit working.

I've had this for over a year and it's still working perfectly. I can put the trays in the dishwasher and they never rust. I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase and especially for the price I paid. It's good quality and long-lasting.

The first product did not work. Replacement of it was prompt and convenient. The people I dealt with were friendly and went above and beyond. New product works perfectly and is much better than my old air fryer. The trays are very handy compared to a basket option, and cook just as well.

I was very skeptical about air fryers over all. Did lots of research and choose this unit. Hesitated between white or green but totally happy with product. Big frit lover here and total positive difference with regular convection oven I have. Truly crispy as wanted. Since then, I tried many other items and all much better then I had hoped. I’m now a believer in air fryers.
