Panasonic 9 Watt Motion Sensor Led B22D Bulb for Home with 3 Mtr Radius Sensor Area, Auto Off After 15 Sec, 1 Yr Warranty

Excellent product. I've made many DIY PIR based motion sensor lights for my house for which costing is around Rs.350 and also I had spend my valuable time. When I found this readymade motion sensor lights I ordered 4 pieces and found very good product. It is hasslefree, just insert to the bulb holder and it starts working. Motion sensing range is superb. I immediately ordered another 8 pieces (max allowed order quantity). Though I don't know the durability of the product as I've just purchased and started using but right now the product has been found very very good in respect of features and performance. In two phases, I've purchased 12 bulbs, out of which only one bulb has been found defective for which I've ordered a replacement.

28-Aug-25 Would turn on with motion, but would not turn off after 15-20 seconds, as mentioned on the box. waited for a couple of minutes, but still does not turn off. have asked for replacement, lets see it that one works, as per description. Update 30-Aug-25. The replacement arrived and it worked as it would supposed to. turning off after 15 seconds, when there is no movement.

FINE PRODUCTS ITS WORK WELL

yesterday i got this product. before this product last week i have purchased Philips Sensor LED bulb for my bathroom. that works absolutely fine. for the curacity i want to check panasonic performance. so that i have orderd this.but this bulb have issue. this bulb get on even bathroom door closed when we walk behind the wall.thay said radar motion sensor they have used in this product. i think because of that this bulb get sense behind the wall activity also. but its so hectic for me. because my bathroom door is front of my walking passage. so that any one walking from near bathroom door it will get on every time.

It works exactly as described – the motion sensor picks up movement quickly and switches on instantly. No delay, no flicker.I’ve installed it near the main entrance and also in the balcony area, and it’s been super convenient. It turns on automatically when someone walks by and turns off after a short time, which saves electricity without me having to remember to switch it off.The brightness is perfect – not too harsh, but enough to light up the area well. Being 9 watts, it's also energy-efficient, which is a big plus.

I bought this product only out of curiosity. I wanted to know its practical use. (I happen to be an engineer).The product is good and works as described. There is absolutely no doubt about its quality. It works on the principle of motion sensing. If it senses any motion, it turns on. It remains on as long as it senses motion. If it does not senses any motion, it turns off after about 15 seconds. It works regardless of whether it’s light or dark. The sensing range is good.I put it in the toilet, where it worked very well. I didn’t have to switch it on at night - it switched on by itself.Next I put it in one of the bedrooms. It worked well, but the motion of the curtains because of wind out the fan would turn it on.After using it for a few days, I’ve come to the conclusion that it works well in places where there is usually no movement (Curtains, fans etc. - Moving shadows don’t matter), for example, staircases, long passages, unused rooms etc. It would also work well in offices where there is no air flow to move things.My advice to people is they should think carefully where they want to use it.I repeat, the product is very good, and does what it is supposed to do.
