Absolutely love how much consideration was put into the kit to help with easy assembly. Everything is sectioned and coded, great little ratchet tool, plus grip strips to prevent mattress moving. The bed is sturdy and looks great. So happy with this purchase and so it my teenage daughter, who I bought it for. Such great value too.

I was a bit wary about buying this bed as I am a big ole queen.But after doing some research on YouTube and reading various reviews from the uk and the USA , I decided to buy it.I got it for 31% less due one of amazon's weird promotions for £182 .Ordered on the Tues arrived on the Friday at 11.30 , fully assembled by 13:00 , very clear instructions .Came in one box , loved the fact they shrink wrap the polystyrene . Very easy to assemble , every piece is numbered the bolts are clearly marked and you have a couple spare , the slats are in 2 packs , makes fitting them dead easy .So I unpacked the headboard and placed it were I wanted the bed , fixed on the legs , then the headboard cross bar , then attached the legs to the side runners and then attached the based end board , I then joined it all to the headboard and then put in the centre support and finally unrolled the slats . Everything is clearly marked , and each part of the instructions tells you what number goes where and which screws and how many you need for each section.Put my mattress on, and it feels really solid and it looks nice .Definitely worth the money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bed frame. First of all, delivery was excellent and the bed frame was very well packed so no dints or scratches. Instructions very easy to follow. Wood is very solid and was very easy to assemble. I did it myself but having an extra pair of hands would be a bonus. No problems encountered putting it together, and no squeaking when sleeping on it. Just make sure you tighten every bolt. What is also very good is that there is a support for the centre of the frame. A lovely bed frame. Can highly recommend.

Nicely made and fitted together well. Instructions only have pictures with each piece assigned a letter, but the pieces themselves only have numbered stickers on, so you have to work it out. I tightened all the joints fully but after assembly, when I moved the bed into position, I noticed the bottom feet had shifted and were slightly splayed and had to be pulled back into position, so perhaps not as sturdy as it could be. Overall, it's good value for money, looks nice and didn't take long to assemble once I deciphered the instructions. Well packed but contained dozens of pieces of polystyrene, each inexplicably wrapped in its only plastic bag. So perhaps not for the eco-conscious. My only complaint was the delivery. I selected my chosen delivery date and waited in all day but it didn't arrive. It wasn't the courier's fault, the vendor simply didn't despatch it in time. So beware if you need to take a day off work for delivery.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this whole experience. Intially I was not too sure about buying from Amazon, understandably. I was reading the reviews about this bed, very positive and most importantly, I wanted to know about the weight bearing. Got what I wanted so I ordered it. Delivery was quick, packaging was most impressive, they have plastic wrapped the Styrofoam, I was incredibly over joyed by this as styrofoam is the worst to get rid of! The packaging was top tier. No parts damaged, nothing missing, even the screws and tools were better than IKEA!.Didnt take long to assemble the bed, there was two of us, once done we both lay back and there was no creeking, not movement, the fact that the slats in the middle are bound by velcro was even better. There is an option to stick my mattress to the slats as well. Its just an all around good bed! Soooo impressed.

Always a worry, buying a modestly price item online; concern that you might be wasting your money. But this Zinus double bed has proved to be a winner. Delivered practically next day, really well packaged, it comes with very easy to understand instructions plus a super helpful tool to assist construction. The bolts were clearly labelled and so were the bed frame pieces. It took me and husband half an hour to unpack the bed and dispose of the packaging, and to sort the pieces into order. Then it was an easy 20 mins to assemble the bed frame. It is sturdy and was well made in production as all of the pieces lined up perfectly. I’m very impressed. This bed is for a 6’4” teenager and I feel very confident it’ll last the distance. Definitely recommend. I’ll be buying another one for the second (soon to be) teenager.
