Brilliant product. I simply diluted in a bucket of warm water and then soaked the corner of the garden where my wild bird feeders are. Thankfully no more rats are trying to steal my wild bird food. Long lasting value for money excellent Deterrent that does no harm to the environment or wildlife. I use in conjunction with solar powered low frequency sound devices from Amazon and not a sight or sound of the rats and rodents! Pictured here my little corner of the garden that the hordes of disgusting rats no longer visit due to this awesome peppermint product.

The item helps to keep mice away especially after I have cut the grass

Sort of worked, still have squirrels diving amongst the flowers, so have stopped spraying it as some plants were going brown. They have now recovered.

If it's as good as the last one it's OK.

I sprayed the area around where the rat had been over several days and nights but it didn’t make the slightest bit of difference. For me the product was a very expensive failure.

This got rats out of our garage in 24 hrs, but I did use all 5 ltrs. I have bought a second to keep up a weekly spray and it should last several months.

Easy to use and smells like peppermint oil but using a garden pressure sprayer did a good job of saturating the loft and joists and the loft insulation too. 👍

We had mice that were causing damage in the house. As soon as we used this product, by putting it in little bowls all round the house, and constantly topping it up, the mice disappeared and don't seem to have come back.
