A Must-Have for 3D Printing Enthusiasts
This filament dryer is a game-changer for 3D printing. It keeps my filament dry, reduces print failures, and improves overall print quality. The temperature control is accurate, and the build feels solid. I highly recommend it to anyone who works with PLA, ABS, or PETG.

Keeps humidity low!!
This works great!! My house is super humid, like 50-60 humid and this keeps the filament dry. It also has a timer so you don’t accidentally leave it on for too long and damage your filament. It has a tiny hole at the top where you can run the filament through so you can warm while you print.

Works like a charm
This filament dryer has been a solid addition to my 3D printing setup. I was having issues with moisture in my filament, which was causing prints to fail or come out with poor quality. This dryer has pretty much eliminated those issues. The design is compact and easy to use - just load up your filament and set the temperature. The unit heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, which is great for drying out sensitive materials like PLA or PETG.One thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the controls can be tough to figure out at first.Overall, I'm happy with the performance and it's saved me from a bunch of print failures. If you're struggling with moisture issues and want a simple solution, this dryer is worth checking out.

Easily saves you as much money in filament as it costs
This dryer has completely changed how prints go for me, especially when using filaments that have been open for a while. I've had zero issues (knock on wood) since I started using it. It's sort of a pain to change filament at times, but the minor inconvenience is worth it for not wasting large amounts of filament during long, un-monitored prints.

Does the trick, only upto 55 centigrade if that matters to you.

Good for the price
I'm new to 3d printing and when I learned that I have to dry out filament, I bought this dryer and now my prints look amazing. 55C for 6 hours and now my translucent filament looks great. No more stringing.

Works as advertised
Works great, glad to have gotten it. PLA prints seem to be more consistent.

Poor quality, no warranty service...
Update: I've been forgetting to update this for a while now. After using it only about a dozen times for 8-12 hours each, the fan bearings gave out and made it very noisy. So it lasted less than 6 days of actual use. File a warranty claim you say? I did and only received crickets. Very disappointed. It's even designed in such a way to make it very difficult to work on it without tearing it apart. Poor quality product from a useless company. This Sunlu Filament Drier is really low quality and feels cheap. There are 2 buttons on the front with no markings nor indication of what they do. They could have at the absolute very least put a "T" for temp and an "H" for hours on the buttons. Comes with tiny PTFE tubes without any mention as to what they are for, not even on their YouTube video. There is a plastic plug that is supposed to go in the unused hole, but it is poorly sized and poorly implemented so it constantly falls out.How about turning it off? Well, you have to turn you time down to 0 hrs, 1 hr at a time, then hold the left button to get it to shut down. Most times it is just easier to unplug the darn thing. The instruction are very vague but enough to get you going with regards to what the buttons do, but this doesn't give them a pass for not being marked on the unit itself. The vague instructions tell you to scan a QR code to download the full instructions. Why? You already took the liberty to put a glossy, full color pamphlet in the package. Just give me the last few pieces of information! Like what the extra PTFE tubes are for!The unit falls back if you open the lid without any filament in it. As it heats up, any moisture turns the unit into a sauna because there is no directional air flow into and out of the unit. Meaning for it to work correctly, you would need to open the lid to get some fresh air in there. What I do like is that it says it can go to 55° C which is higher than most at the time of purchase. That said, who knows if it actually goes that high. It looks nice for the most part. I like that they implemented 2 holes for filament to go through as it is nice to have options. I will likely keep both holes open since the plug doesn't stay in place very well in the first place and secondly, the 2nd hole can serve as an outlet for moist air to exit. Time will tell how long it lasts.Ultimately, I regret buying this one and expected better as these have been out for a long time now. :( I only give it 2 stars because it does work.
