For the price…… fantastic
I was a bit unsure about putting together this gym equipment based on some reviews.No way! There are awesome YouTube tutorials that walk you through it and make it super easy.The equipment is really sturdy and works perfectly.It even comes with an adapter to fit different weight holes.The cushions are just right.And the best part is, it's $200 cheaper than similar options.I assembled it in just 80 minutes all by myself.I'm so happy everything turned out great and I really like this company.Plus, it's super easy to use and doesn't take up too much space.

paid someone to assemble …took them 2 hours or soits an ok product but if youre over 5-10 this isnt for you at all …way too small and you cant adjust height of the arm just the seat so arm for most men will be too low

A REAL LIFESAVER!!!
I LOVE this machine. It will probably save my life. I have been working out for years but with the Covid related temporary layoff money has been tight. Stopped my gym membership. I have had 3 back surgeries in the past and absolutely MUST maintain core strength. I can duplicate nearly anything that I did with my gym membership at my house with the equipment that I have. That is except for the back. This machine has been an incredible addition to my workout. It took me an hour to put together it was so simple and so easy to follow directions I was amazed. And it's as strong as a rock. Doesn't move an inch in my basement just sitting on the concrete floor... even without rubber underneath it. It's very well put together and it absolutely serves its purpose. I would recommend this to anybody anytime.

Choose another brand
I would get another brand. This is nothing like the ones in the gym, I don't even feel the tightening in my stomach and it's not good with heavier weights
