Forest Whole Foods Organic Popping Corn (Popcorn Kernels) (1kg)

I have bought this popcorn other times and had no problems so I confidently bought this 5 kilos pack, just to be very disappointed that they did not pop, only a few did but not completely and the taste is very unpleasant. My son always waits to see them pop and he had this sad and disappointing experience as it is also his favorite snack. I tried to get the package exchanged or returned but so far they have hinted that I don't know how to prepare them correctly and they have stopped responding. So will have to throw it to the bin and to lose nearly £23 I invested in it.Update: they sent me a new bag which it’s a bit better but still taste awful and won’t pop up properly.
