Good rice, takes a bit longer to cook than plain white rice.
Good wild rice. Got one for my brother as well and he and his wife loved theirs. Takes longer to cook (I use a rice cooker), but worth the wait. I have to add about 15-20 minutes more cooking time with my rice cooker to fully absorb all the water.

Wild rice adds great flavor to jasmine rice.
While it’s s actually a seed not rice, it adds great flavor to rice when cooked together.

Cook longer than says and should be ok.
Got these to use in a recipe for gluten-free, vegan stuffed peppers for a friends group potluck. Hosts were GF-VN. The bag indicates it can be prepared on the stove top or in a pressure cooker. I tried the pressure cooker method and they came out still hard. I have yet to try the stove top version, but based on the condition for following the bag directions, I had to knock a star off. No real need to get them again so can't say if the stove top method is better. Otherwise, I did like the product just fine and the stuffed peppers were a huge hit, even with the meateaters.

Love that nutty rice flavor. Good stuff…
I use Minnesota wild rice in some of our favorite meals for years. Just found a new recipe for chicken and wild rice soup (although I’m substituting leftover turkey) and I think that will be the last of my bag of wild rice. I will be ordering this product again…
