Almost as described (LoL)
I like the wobble/tilt because I chose this to use sitting/leaning next to a large storage drawer unit in my classroom. That means I don't have room for my knees underneath, so leaning enables me to still reach my computer on top. The handles on the sides of the seat are very helpful to adjust location because it's on the heavy side, and the fabric cushion is well padded. It's easier than expected to adjust height, but doesn't tilt very much to the sides, mostly just forward/back. The only drawback is that I keep sliding forward because the fabric is so nice and smooth. It's good quality fabric, but I plan to make a slipcover with a little grip to help me stay in place.Overall I like it for my intended purpose, and I am confident it will definitely prove durable.

Most comfortable, uncomfortable I've ever graced with my behind.
I'm a big dude, and I have a standing desk. As I retrain my lard ass to stand more, I need to give my knees a break. I went from standing at my desk about 2-3 hours a day, to "leaning" at my desk about 4-5 hours. This is a big win for me. The seat is pretty small (only thing keeping it from 5), but I have a big butt too. Regardless, even on a "normal" person, the seat was kinda small; perhaps by design.Great "perch" though, keeps me on my feet longer than without it!

Top notch product and customer service
Having reviewed a number of sit/stand stools, I chose Vivo because it seemed to offer the best all round mix of quality, comfort and value. The stool is great, comfortable when I'm perching on it and out of the way when I'm standing. But what made Vivo really stand out was their customer service and support. The piston in the chair started slipping while I was sitting. When I contacted their customer service a technician was quickly able to diagnose the problem and offered to ship a new stool. I would strongly recommend Vivo both for it's products and customer support. Bravo.

I really wouldn't advise buying this chair
I thought this chair sounded great on paper. It wobbles, allowing for active sitting. I really like the concept of using it in conjunction with a standing desk as a way to get breaks in between standing sessions. But man oh man, I cannot recommend this chair. It's not the build quality, that's ok. There's several features that just aren't right about its design. First, it's uncomfortable. Like sitting on a wooden bench. There's no support, no give, no cushion. Just firm. The stool is not *a little wobbly*. It's WOBBLY. It takes very little effort to tip it far enough that you're no longer stable. It articulates far enough in every direction that you would absolutely fall off if you didn't have your feet on the ground. As a result, my kids try to sit on it when I'm not looking and keep falling off. They can't reach the ground. So, when not in use, I have to pick the thing up and carry it behind a closed door to keep them off it. They're persistent kids. But the base and the chair are *easily* detached. They don't stay together. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature, but the thing just pops off if you try to pick it up by the stool part. So now, *every time I want to move it*, you have the bend down and pick up the base, and then reassemble the stool elsewhere. The base is heavy. So... you know, conceptually, I really liked the idea. I wanted to like the chair. I just don't. I end up disassembling and reassembling it, worrying that my kids will get hurt, and sitting on it for only a few minutes a day because it's so blasted firm and uncomfortable. Maybe it's categorically the wrong type of product for me and this is a great version of a wobbly stool, or this is a wobbly stool that needs improvement. Either way, I'll never find out, because this stool is so bad I'm not going to ever buy another wobbly stool. This ruined the whole category. No insult intended to the brand as I've been happy with other products from them. This just was a big miss for me.

Best stool for my work and gaming station!
I got this stool for my adjustable desk. I needed something that would be comfortable at low and high seating ang leaning positions, that also would handle my fidigiting and my underdesk pedal bike. It is *perfect* for me. The only issue I see is stability is dependent upon your own sense of balance. It was *super easy* to set up, and required no tools at all. And it feels incredibly sturdy for an agile comfortable perch to accompany my desk. I was worried and decided to take the risk. I am absolutely happy that giving this chair a chance paid off.

Uncomfortable.
Overall, it is what it is... and seems well built, but it was not what I expected. I could not manage to lean on it too long as it hurts my tailbone. For reference, I’m 5’4”/115lbs. The height was good. But I tried many different positions (moving strong, adjusting heights, leaning different ways, adjusting my weight) and gave myself time to adjust but could never seem to get comfortable. My tailbone gets sore and numb. After a few months, I could not continue using it. Expensive lesson for me, hope it will help you!

It does take a bit to get used to but for me
There is no back support as some stated in other reviews I've seen online, just a stubby backIt has a LOT of articulation or movement in the base for a range of table/desk heightsTakes a few days to get used to.Pros:- Super simple to assemble- Very sturdy- Instructions are on point- Seat itself is well done and fits the butt nicely- Comes with grab handles for moving it around- Self levels (vertical) as you get off the seat with NO movement (within reason)- Build quality is excellent, nothing cheap about this at all- Base is well weightedCons:- Could use a foot rest

Sturdy and easy to use
I got this to go with my standing desk, and so far I'm very happy with it. Took all of 10 second to put together. It's heavier than I expected, suggesting it is pretty sturdy. It tilts pretty well and can even swivel a bit - not 360° like a regular desk chair, but enough to turn and reach behind you. So far the gas lifter is working well. My only criticism is the seat is very firm so my butt gets sore after a while. But I just use a thin cushion and that seems to fix the problem.

Great stool
Was VERY easy to assemble . it is comfortable and I really like it. The only thing I wish is that you could adjust the height- other than that it’s great

Dodgy seller and product
I got the order and requested a receipt with abn provision, both seller and amazon failed to do their part. I didn't even bother opening the product as I doubt there will be warranty if faulty. Seller never replied. Zero integrity and poor amazon customer service.
