Extremely impressed with this 48 litre backpack. It’s well balanced when on my back, even while full and heavy. Tested it out on a one week trip. I carry a lots of notebooks, books & stationery when I am away, so all of the extra little pockets, flaps, netted pouches, pen holders etc on the inside were very handy. There are quite a few different sections that enable you to divide up your stuff according to size and shape. I had a lot of other stuff in it, including a portable DVD player which actually fitted into the front zipped section! The main sections are perfect for things like laptops and such. It is suitable for packing clothes as well, however I just want to point out that the main big sections are not the same as the one big hollow space you get in a normal backpack, the sections are a little narrower than that (front to back), but plenty wide and plenty in height. Overall there is a lot of space in this backpack for all different kinds of items. It expands out a great deal, and it’s also handy that you can flatten it out either for storing it or just because you’re carrying less stuff in it, so you don’t have to have this huge bag on when you’re only carrying a few things. I couldn’t be more delighted with it, and it is very well priced, worth every penny and then some in my opinion. Hope this was helpful. Happy shopping! 🙂

Well made and rugged, from quality materials. Ample space for all your kit with plenty of straps to hold things securely. Recommended.

Plenty of pockets to put stuff in , will be using to go to the islands . So will find out soon

The bag is deceiving in size. It appears small but then the sections expand to accommodate all of my needs. I do put a fair bit of weight in it but it still feels comfortable when wearing it. Highly recommended.

This product is great, I hadn’t set my hopes too high as the pictures are always better than reality, but this is the exception.The seams are done well and the zips are solid, as for space I have everything squared away but still have more compartments free.

I bought this for my fishing to keep mobile on the banks. It looks very strong and sturdy, plenty of space and extra pockets and comes with a concealed waterproof cover, just the job.Would recommend

Had this a year now and weirdly, I forgot to flag up initially that it didn't come with a rain cover. What an idiot. That is an issue to as its not in anyway water resistant or waterproof. So if you are getting this, you need to ensure you have a cover.Its comfortable on ones back, plus has very useful quick release catches to bin off the shoulder straps. More useful than you can imagine actually. Useful pockets and fairly robust but only fairly. If you really put it through its paces on the hills, it would struggle.After 12 months its got a couple of holes appear and the base of both main pockets are wearing thin. Its not as if its been used in arduous conditions so if that is your intended purpose, I would suggest looking at something else.As an urban daypack with a bit of summer hillwalking, it suffices it. Ultimately its 40 quid and not Berghaus but I will need to replace and the lack of water resistance, cover or no cover, is an issue. Great fit though
