Perfect tweezers with a great tube case!
These are my favorite tweezers - discovered them on a really good sale the other year. Got the mini a month or so ago and have no problems with the case. The set with the mini is an amazing deal (I would get them even if they weren’t such a great deal) I keep getting them for gifts and everyone loves them so far. Oh, and i love the 4” tube cases - don’t have to worry about damaging the ends/tips, after several years they are still like new. (Not related to seller nor rec’d a discount for review etc)

Great if you regularly replace tweezers. Look out for metal shavings.
I would give these tweezers five stars if you only want to keep them for a few years. I got nearly five good years out of them, but last week as I’m plucking my face I notice weird, painful shiny bits all over my face. As I pull them out, more appear! The tweezers were shedding metal shavings into my face. Now my face is all red, swollen, and painful.Replace your tweezers every couple years!

Great tweezers, but not particularly a 'magnifying' mirror
Original post from February 29th, 2016:These tweezers are indeed mini - but they grip very well. The case is also compact, so they'll easily fit wherever you might want to carry them.Yet I can't give it 5/5 because the title, images and description quite clearly state that it is a *magnifying* mirror. Inside, however, is just a plain mirror, and not a 3x or 5x one as I had expected. If you're okay with a plain mirror, then this product seems great. If you're looking for a kit with a magnifying mirror, look elsewhere.Update from August 8th, 2016:Just to clarify what I mean I got another one and took some pictures to illustrate the differences between the mirror in this case, a plain flat mirror, and a true magnifying mirror at varying distances. Although the mirror in this second case does 'magnify', it is a magnification that is so weak (1.45x measured) that it's not nearly as useful as a true magnifying mirror. The bathroom magnifying mirror in this picture is a 10x which is too much magnification for a pocket case, which is why I was hoping the one in this case was 5x or 3x instead.

Higher quality than expected, good buy.
I did NOT receive any discount, etc. for this review. (not that those reviews are invalid, there's just so many of them you don't know what to think about all of them)I like this product. The build quality of the container doesn't look great in the pictures, but it is surprisingly robust in the hand. The hinges and the clasp seem like they will last, the mirror is securely in place, and the tweezers themselves are sharp and the tips meet pretty well. The magnification is not very noticeable, but it is there and works well. Since it is such a small mirror I am actually glad there isn't any greater magnification or I would not be able to see enough in the mirror when holding it close up.I took off one star because I do find the size to be just a tad bit on the small side. Then again, having big old man hands this is probably more of an issue for me than others. I also took off the star because while the tips meet nicely, I can detect a small discrepancy so I have to favor one side to get consistent results. For the price though, these are definitely small concerns. I expect quality would vary from item to item, but I am very satisfied.

Not the best choice.
In the picture the tip looks very pointed, and precise, but it is actually too thick to be precise--almost blunt. Disappointing.

Extremely effective tweezers!
I have very high standards for pointed tweezers. Tweezerman does not live up to them. La Vacque tweezers are really good, but VERY expensive and fragile. These work better than either brand, and amazingly affordable. I ordered 2 pairs and loved them so much that I ended up ordering 3 more. I use a big, lighted 10X mirror, so I notice even the tiniest old lady chin hair imaginable. A bit obsessive, I know, but if you're dealing with them, you know what I'm talking about. These grasp and pull them out easily, without tearing up your face. I can't praise these enough!

Not comparable
After reading the reviews I was excited to receive thee tweezers; I was looking for an alternate to my Tweezerman Pointed tweezers. I was extremely disappointed when I used them for the first time. They are nowhere near the same quality as Tweezerman and they are not as pointed as the picture shows. It was very hard to pluck a lot of my eyebrow hair and I had to stop after the first side because my fingers began cramping due to the design, maybe they are shorter than my previous pair. They are not horrible for a quick touch up, but I certainly will not be using these unless it's a last resort and will spend the extra money for the Tweezerman tweezers.

Nice mirror, but the magnification makes it too hard to use both hands.
I've been using this for a while and have decided to buy a different travel mirror. Here's why: The magnification is about 10x. That's great, but with that magnification, the mirror has to be very close to be in focus. The only way to get it close enough is to hand-hold it about 3 inches from your face, which makes it hard to see anything if it's not right by your eyes. Plus, the bottom part that holds the tweezers then gets in the way. Also, since you have to hold it, that only leaves one hand free to do whatever it is you want to do, like put on mascara, etc. It would be much more useful if it was on a stand.
