BlackBerry LS1 Battery Charger Bundle Z10

If I forget to turn off the bluetooth when I get out of my car, my BlackBerry Z10 spends the rest of the day trying to connect with every device in the building and the battery is gone by mid-afternoon. This charger is light enough to have in my pocket while charging the phone. However, due to the inflexibility of the cord, it is slightly awkward, as it sticks out beyond the edge of the phone instead of lying flush within the area of the phone. I know this could be avoided if I just swapped batteries, but that would involve taking off my case and having to wait for it to reboot. Anyway, it charges up the battery in about an hour. Handy little thing!

For the price you get an OEM battery for the Z-10 and slim charger. At first you think that the cord is a little short and the plug is facing the wrong way, but when you use it you realize that it is placed that way so you can stack the phone and the charger on top of each other for smaller footprint and makes it easy to hold the charger and the phone in one hand while you use it.Quite frankly, even if you don't have a Blackberry Z-10, you can leave the battery in the charger and you have a compact 1800mAh battery pack that will power any microUSB device.

I love the ability to quickly change out the battery. I actually have two of these so that when I know I have a busy day ahead of me I can replace as necessary. I know it is supposed to charge the battery in the phone if it is not a convenient time to change the battery however I have not found this as efficient with the charge as just changing out the battery.One possible downfall I imaging is that when I change phones at some point these will probably not be useful.

Worked one time.

I use it as a charger, to charge things like my LG bluetooth head phones, and the phone. Obviously it dies a lot quicker charging the phone, but it still is good for about a 20 - 30 % increase in battery life. It could also be due to my battery that I'm using in it is old. But it charges my phone at 4.5 W steady until the battery starts to die, then drops to about 1W until it just stops charging. When i charge the headphones, I'm not sure what W it charges at, but after the hour of charging the battery is still left in the green. SO, I assume it's dispensing the charge at a lower and slower rate.

The battery charges well, but the connection to my phone does not fit well and has to be wiggled quite a bit before a connection is made.

My BlackBerry Z10 was not charging, every time I plugged it in it would shut the phone off and give me a solid red light. I tried multiple cords and power supplies and no change, I thought the phone was fried, turns out the mini usb port is burnt out. I bought this battery charger and a new battery. I used this to charge the new battery and the old battery, popped a fully charged battery back in the phone and its up and running again. I'm able to get all of my pics and videos off of the device and continue using it until I'm eligible for an upgrade in 6 months. Great product!
