I have 3 main kinds of wood pellets I like to use. Hickory/Oak Blend, Mesquite, and Bourbon Whiskey Barrel. I used to keep the bags in the garage. Even so, I found that if it’s humid, the pellets still can attract moisture. Also, I didn’t like the bags lying around and falling over easily. Sometimes the bags have a hole or get punctured. No more worries with these storage containers. They’re virtually airtight, stackable, stable, hold 20 lbs., and you can label. I use a dry erase marker on the label so I know what’s inside. Also, with a pour spout AND flip up lid, it’s easy to pour or scoop. Perhaps a little overpriced, but they should last for years and years. I’m happy!

They are nice containers. Only thing I don't like is you can't outside because no seals. They do suck moister out of the air and pellets expand to dust in couple months if not using fast enough.

Solves the problem of how to store grill pellets so that they remain dry without absorbing moisture from the air yet handy to dispense when needed. The airtight lid opens up wide enough to easily catch unused pellets from the hopper. The container stores safely under the grill between use.

I bought two of these so I can properly store my Costco wood pellets that come in a 40 lb bag. It almost fits the whole bag but not quite. However, these are very well made, sturdy plastic containers with a beefy carrying handle. I like that the lid opens wide to add pellets and also has a pour spout to make pouring easier. On top of being easy to carry and pour, these are stackable so they take less space. Also, this was the cheapest option to store pellets but it certainly was not cheap in quality.

Bought these pretty much at the same time that I bought my pellet smoker grill. These are excellent for holding the various pellet blends, protecting them from moisture. Each container holds 20 lbs of pellets. The containers are easy to carry when full. Pouring the pellets into the container is a snap. Pouring the pellets from the container to the smoker is very easy. The containers (I have several) stack perfectly. This helps minimize occupied storage space in my garage. Really like the label that you can mark with erasable ink - to ID pellet type. These containers are the perfect pellet smoker accessory.
