I have found that heat is one of the biggest triggers for the melasma on my cheeks and forehead so I bought this fan. It is such a huge game changer! Perfect for helping sunscreen dry down, keeps the hair at the nape of my neck all dry when I'm on the treadmill, and keeps my face cool when I'm working in the yard.Fairly comfortable and quiet, you barely notice it's around your neck. Lightweight and holds a good charge. I would 100% buy this again - my melasma has been lightening since I've been using this fan and my makeup holds up better because of it.My only complaint is that there isn't a battery status indicator light that I can figure out but I'd have to go back and find my manual.

I've had this fan for 1 year and 18 days before needing a replacement. Recently, the right side of the fan has stopped working. Left side operates as normal, but the right won't work at all anymore. Pretty disappointed that it only lasted a year, since it's nearly $30 for a replacement. (Knocking a star off for this reason)Battery?: Battery life is good, I wear this fan mostly for intervals of an hour or two at a time, 3-10x per week. I charge it once, maybe twice a week. It does take a while to charge. There's no indicator to alert you to a low battery, so when it's out of charge it just shuts down with no warning. It does die faster on higher speeds, but still lasts a few hours.Loudness?: I'm very sensitive to repetitive, mechanical noises. I was worried with this fan being around my neck, that the noise from the motor/blades would overstimulate me and I wouldn't be able to use it. Happy to report that I was wrong! Even on the highest speed, the noise close to my ears is tolerable; I can still listen to music, and I can have conversations over the noise of the fan no problem. You definitely know it's there, but it's not an annoyance.Weight?: The weight around your neck is comfortable, most of the time I forget I'm wearing it.Additional note: I was worried about the possibility of having my long hair get sucked into the fan, much like the back of a blow dryer will do. In all of the hours I've used this fan over the past year, I've never once had it tangle in my hair.

I got this for my mom as she struggles with being hot frequently. And I gotta say this is legit. She uses it everyday and the fan controls are really a game changer. Depending on how hot you are, there’s a setting for it. You could be sitting out in 100 degree weather but still feel comfortable with this fan. Highly recommend!

Output of product is meh. Maybe it works better for people with longer necks or where it’s not too warm. I live in South Texas where we often have 3 digit temps in the summer. I was hopeful and tried it at an outdoor event, but didn’t make a dent in the heat. Also, I guess my necks short or something and my shoulders high bc the air just seemed to hit my jaw/bottom of my cheeks. It looks nice and quality though and loved the color, but didn’t work for me. :(

I love this neck fan! It has adjustable settings and they all cool you down. They aren’t too noisy either. You can talk while the fan is on but I don't recommend talking on the phone. It’s loud for the other party. Like wind tunnel loud. The fan charges quickly and it works for several hours. I've worn them for 6 hours at low speed. They’re lightweight and comfortable as well. I highly recommend this neck fan. I wished I’d found it sooner.
