I ended up having to cut both connectors off to fit my connection points. This product is built with quality materials and I would purchase again. Would be better if the product came with equal lengths of cable on both sides of the bulb as I did not like that one side of the fuel line was longer than the other. Would have worked better for me if the intake side of the hose was longer.

After three fails, I finally get a good product. I was having fuel starvation issues. I purchased three other fuel hoses that would correct the problem for a few weeks and then the issue would return. I saw some of the other reviewers recommend this product and decided to try it. What a difference! It seems stupid because it's just some hose and a ball with a check valve, but I could immediately feel the difference when I pumped the valve. It cured the hard starts I was having, lag in throttle response and the feeling of the boat lagging on plain. It's a little expensive, but if it lasts, I say it's worth it.

I installed a new kicker motor and decided to do the plumbing right. So I took a separate outlet from the water separating filter and routed it to the engine well where I installed the quick disconnect fitting. Now I can remove the kicker and use it on a dinghy, and leave the boat's fuel system intact. The hose and bulb work great, but the disconnect fitting is the star of this rig.

I have been struggling with fuel line on our Tracker pontoon boat for over two years.First) Dealer replaced an aging 12 year old fuel line when boat was there for its first actual tune up & also a engine winterizing. The next spring that new 3/8 line leaked at the fuel tank where there was a 5/16 connection. It couldn’t be crimped tight enough to seal.Second) To much of a hassle to take boat back to dealer so to repairer I bought a complete 5/16 line assembly from Amazon (my other review exists). This spring after being out of the weather in my barn over the winter, As soon as fuel pressure got to that line it split wide open in three locations.My newly purchased Atwood fuel line came complete with new connection at fuel tank to convert completely to 3/8 fuel line.I found this quality heavy duty line Easy to install and expect years of leak free service.Thank you Attwood

It fit the Merc outboard fine. Had to adapt the other end to fit built in gas tank on my boat, but that was expected. Working just fine.
