All around awesome heating pad. It’s a decent size too. I bought this mainly for my lower back pain and it’s been a lifesaver for me. I have times where the pain in my lower back has me almost immobile because it’s so bad to the point where I literally can’t move without experiencing excruciating pain. This heating pad helps me to alleviate the pain well enough to where I can get up and move around. The straps on the sides are great since you can wrap those around where you want the pad to stay if you choose to.

This heating pad is nice and soft but it doesn't get very hot even on its maximum setting which defeats on the purpose for me. Returned

I had an old one that got much hotter than this one and it really did the trick. But it is much softer than my old one.

I couldn’t wait to try it out after receiving it. It heats up quickly, good size, light weight, and I can use it in bed. Very comfortable material. It helps with my back pain too. Overall, I would recommend this, works really well and the price is reasonable too.

This provides so much relief to my aching back after a long day. Hot but not too hot. It has auto shut off but stays on long enough to relieve the aching muscles. Best heating pad I have bought and I've spent far more for less superior products!

Very soft. Wish it was a little bigger but it worked. I have a love hate relationship with the timer. It’s a good thing for when i fall asleep but I hate when I realize it’s off and I’ve been awake 😂. Overall great product

We have used this heating pad a handful of times and it is now displaying an E1 code. It will not go away despite trying everything to get it to and it no longer works. My return window has closed so all I can do is throw it away, I guess. Very disappointing.

Love the soft pad but of no use without the controller
