Great!
Really good product, only place I could find a bin that had good capacity. Bit complex to fit but they do make it as easy as possible. Really happy.

Excellent item, fits 500mm door perfectly
The bin is very well built with quality parts. The installation took some time and was slightly complicated but worth the effort. The bins are a good size and mount to the door. Highly recommended

Brilliant
I was a little sceptical about spending so much money on a bin, but I went for it and bought this one. It fits brilliantly in our 500mm cupboard, instructions were good and included a template for drilling holes etc. bins are sturdy and good quality.

Avoid- terrible quality
Very poor quality. The runner siezed after a few months and the whole item is completely useless. You can see the ball bearings have slipped out in the picture.

Customer service exemplary
Good size bins. Straightforward to fit in 500 cupboard. Just what we needed. For customer service, delivery and quality of product I give 5 stars no question but a star has to be knocked off for a design floor.. you can't lift the bins out once fitted as the work top is in the way which means you either have to change the bin bags in situ which can be awkward or unlock the locking clips so that the entire front can be removed, bins changed then refitted. I actually dropped one of my full bins faffing about trying to change it (but the customer service from Lucas was exceptionally helpful to resolve it). Overall happy but if bin had been 1 - 2 inches less in depth would have been perfect

It’s difficult to open it with one hand
The instruction is not the clearest, it can be rather confusing for first time fitter like myself, and it could have been better if it was in booklet form so to have bigger font. On top of all it’s rather difficult to open it, one of the arms is tighter than the other one. I considered returning it or get another one if the installation didn’t kill me. So now I’m too tired to be bothered to get a replacement.

Easy to assemble if you pay attention!
Ok. So the instructions aren't the greatest, but follow the dimensions given on the sheet and you're most of the way there. You'll need to be mindful of the internal dimension of your unit and possibly make adjustments. What becomes obvious only at the end of the assembly is that there are two key / determining dimensions. Firstly, the width of the plastic tray that the bins drop into. If your runners are set appart too wide or two narrow it won't fit and, therefore, you can't put the bins in. Worth spending a few minutes thinking about this and, if necessar, shimming the guide runners off of the side walls. Similarly the lid to the bins (which I'm not convinced is in any way essential) also needs to drop into brackets which fit to the side walls, again, some shimming of these may be necessary to allow the lid to drop into the brackets. Screwing the door onto the runners is simple enough but then sliding the runners back into the retained bits of runners is a bit of a bugger. Patience is needed. And a few colourful expletives..... All fitted, it does open and close in a quite satisfying way and the bins are of a good size. Should last a few years unless wife and daughter do their usual trick of trying to cram just as much as they can in using as much force as they deem necessary, walking away when the whole thing is a wreck.
