I'm writing this review 7 months after purchase. Why, you ask?Absolutely stellar customer service.First of all, the quality of this water bottle is exceptional. It is durable as can be. My teen has taken this to school in the spring and again this fall. No dents. No dings. I promise you he is not easy on his school supplies and this has absolutely stood the test on time being carried around all day, flug into his seat on the bus, and chucked into the corner when he gets home. It keeps beverages cold for hours, and with ice easily to the next day. The two different lid styles are are great too!On to the customer service. After using the water bottle for some Hi-C he washed it out and happen to dislodge the silicone gasket that the flip spout locks in to making it not leak proof- and it absolutely was completely leak proof before this piece was lost. I contacted the company here to see if they sold replacement lids or silicone seals so he could continue using the flip spout which he preferred. The other is fine, just not his preference and while I wouldn't mind replacing a lid, I don't want to throw away or replace the bottle because useless waste is just that.Upon reaching out to the company they informed me they do not, in fact, sell replacement pieces. Oh well, I thought. He'll use the other lid for it and it'll be what it is. A little while later, after thanking them for letting me know, they message back and told me they had shipped out a complete replacement set. What?! This is unheard of! We received the water bottle today and he is SO HAPPY! Yea, it's just a bottle, but little nice gestures make the world go round, and this bottle was a birthday gift for him that he really wanted. The other great part? They let us keep the other bottle, which he gave to his sister.I am floored at the response time, and their customer service. I would have happily paid for any parts, and he would have used the other lid just fine. This company went above and beyond and I'm so thankful! When we need additional bottles, we will purchase from them again.Thank you!!

I bought 2 of these bottles for an Arizona vacation in August even though I was not familiar with the brand. I picked these because my husband and I HATE water bottles with straws and I didn’t want the gigantic, wide mouth which seems to be the general alternative.These bottles performed beyond my wildest expectations. I filled it half full with ice and then cold water before we headed out on a 3 hour, sunrise horseback ride. It was just over 100 degrees during the ride. I drank from it multiple times. Following the horse ride, we were inside (semi-air conditioned) for a quick breakfast. Then it was out to the archery range. After a little over a half hour sitting on the bench in full sun with the temperature about 112 degrees, I couldn’t touch the metal water bottle without scalding myself. I picked it up by the plastic lid, however, and was treated to the tinkling sound of ice still in the bottle. I don’t think you can test it in much harsher conditions. Back here in Iowa where the temps have hovered in the 90’s (and I haven’t had to refill it multiple times a day because I’ve drunk it all), it’s kept my water ice cold all day long.Since the review/star process specifically asks about a couple features, I’ll address them as well. This bottle is too big to fit in my Jeep’s cup holder so I toss it on the seat or in my bag. I don’t use the straw lid (so I can’t comment on it) but the spout lid does not leak regardless of the angle it lands in. The mouth of the bottle is wide enough to easily use regular ice cubes and fit my bottle brush for cleaning. My palm is 3 inches across and I wear a size Medium work glove, aka my hands are not very big but not tiny either. My hand wraps just over halfway around the bottle. It’s very comfortable to hold. My ten and eleven year olds drink from it as well and have never complained about the size in their hand.

Keeps my water cold for so long, doesn't sweat or leak. The look and feel of the lid (plastic) is great. No weirdness with the straw. Love the black & white gradient.--Month update, knocked it down a star because I dropped it and the straw cap no longer works. Wish it were sturdier to withstand that. Was nice when it worked, it was a pretty bad fall I'll own up to, good price and it came with another drinking cap so will still be using it plenty.

Gave to husband for Father's Day. He really likes it. Keeps ice or tea very cold and with sipper lid doesn't have to contend with the ice cubes.

I take this water bottle everywhere! It keeps my water nice and cold, especially when it has ice. I use the sport cap, so it is very easy to hold on a walk.

IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS WHAT I EXPECTED. WORKS GREAT

It's great, I filled it with ice and topped up with water as needed and was still cold with ice still in it 24hrs later on day's where it was reaching 20-24degrees. Don't know how long ice will last next summer but will be happy if it's 12hrs or more.
