My lil kiddos loves this gift. She loves exploring. I check it when it arrived to make sure everything was included. Everything was indeed there.The binoculars are so bad though. Like I thought they'd have *some* kind of functionality given it being branded Nat Geo, but that wasn't the case.I ended up getting a cheap pair of binoculars that do 10x to supplement the ones provided.Everything else is pretty nice for the price. The hat fit and she's got a decent sized noggin. Whistle works. Magnifying glass magnifies a lil bit. The compass even points north, though probably not for too terribly long.I'd say for maybe 5 dollars less, this would be a 5 star product.Overall, I am happy with it just by the smile on that wee kiddos face when she is exploring all official like.Just spring for a cheap stand alone set of binoculars in addition to it.

The vest is great!! When i saw the little box, I was like oh no. But when opened, it’s pandora’s box! Well- made vest with lots of pockets and the the little goodies were cute and sturdy. We told her it was a paleontologist kit and she went wild! She got the little sketch pad and started making pretend notes and drawing dino’s. It was so cute. The perfect gift for her. I was well pleased with the product and her reaction.

My son spends so much time in this vest. He's super into to dinos and this makes him feel like he's playing the part of paleontologist/adventurer

Well, everything about the product is okay, minus the word National Geographic are printed upside down on the vest. I was planning on giving this as a gift. But obviously will not be gifting it now!

My 4 -1/2 year old grandson is in love with this set that he received for Christmas. It is a total hit.

Bought this as a gift for Christmas. I did peek in the box to check everything, and was very pleased with the quality of the vest. I was worried it would be cheap feeling, but its the complete opposite! I can't wait to gift this to my 7 year old. And will definitely be ordering another for my 5 year old.

We ordered this to accompany a book for the Book Character Parade. This was an excellent resource!

Expected a little more for the price. It’s almost like you spend only for the hat and a jacket, with some cheap stationery.
