960RB Recumbent Exercise Bike, Black Frame

I had previously owned Lifecore 900rb which I owned for a couple of years. I road it every day and thoroughly enjoyed the machine. The 960rb that I bought off of amazon if far from what the old machines used to be like. 1.) The mechanics inside have been changed. It is not a smooth pedaling bike like the older model. The resistance does not feel right. Very disappointing. 2.) The seat is horribly uncomfortable and rocks back and forth as you ride. The back to the seat is designed in a way that is so uncomfortable. Awkward is a better description. 3.) The seat does not go far enough back for people with long legs. Making the exercise session very awkward.Overall, the machine is poorly made. I am very disappointed. I expected more from lifecore. Furthermore, Pacillo’s Fitness, apparently the distributer of the bike has failed to address any of my concerns. I would like to return the bike but have not heard from them. I would suggest not buying this bike.
