Goodness gracious, great balls of, er, medicine.
It's a ball, but is it medicine? This and more deep and searching questions will not be answered in this review. For the person looking to keep themselves in good shape with convenient bursts of exercise, this is just the job and is an important part of any "home gym" - even if that gym is left behind the sofa until it is needed. There's all manner of exercise equipment that can be stored conveniently away, a Gymstick, a softer "exercise ball", balancing board, small weights of various sizes, and a medicine ball or two. If you're fortunate enough to have a spare room with enough space, even better. My wife "does" Muay Thai and has an array of convenient exercise equipment that can be used in moments of downtime or in time set aside for exercising (this is in addition to working with her trainer), and the medicine ball can be used to create quite an intensive and yet brief workout - something to get the heart rate up while also doing something a little more active than working with weights.8kg is a moderate weight, towards the upper end of the scale for these things, so there's a lot of benefit from even a short workout - there are plenty of tutorials online that will give you ideas for routines. The ball itself is well-made; although these things will wear out with enough use I get the impression this will need a lot of use before it starts getting a bit "tired". It arrived in a box and this kept that "new smell" in there - not everybody will like that smell unless they also love car tyres. I expect it'll go eventually...The surface texture seems a bit too "grippy", but then again this is the first time I've met a new medicine ball and I expect this is normal. I can't see anybody who has worked up a sweat losing their grip on this, providing they have a good safe holding position to start with. It feels solid and competent and I'm sure will last extremely well. For someone just getting into a proper sustainable exercise routine this weight (8kg) may be a bit ambitious to begin with, and going down-size might be a better way to start, but there's no doubt to my mind that this weight is a good all-rounder for people serious about staying trim and toned. It never hurts to have a variety of weights available anyway. In MMA you sometimes have to return from injury and build back up to the higher weights. It could also come in handy if local kids have a habit of playing soccer in your driveway, just paint it up to look a bit more FIFA-like and wait for the fun to start.

My feedback
Easy to purchase.Details leading to purchase easy to follow. I had to cancel the purchase(nothing wrong with it, a domestic issue). The cancellation process was very straightforward. Would be happy to purchase this product again at future date.

It's ok but .....
It is cheap and the delivery is really fast. I don't really like it though. It is made of a very hard rubber and the surface is really rough. After few bounces my hands were burning . I rather spend more and have a better product (Reebox). I suspect that after a little while the surface will become smoother, so with time it should be ok. Cheap £20 , it is a choice.
