Prior to this year, I never used any MuscleTech supplements. Why? The reason being is that I got comfortable with other company's products and was seeing results; therefore, I did not wish to risk/waste money on those that were unfamiliar to me . In hindsight, I was of the mentality that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.That being said, all that changed when I was so generously provided me with Muscle Tech Gold Whey Protein. Ever since, I've began buying MuscleTech supplements and now I'm hooked.The MuscleTech Myobuild 4X Amino-Bcaa. Just another Bcaa product ? That's what I thought. First and foremost, this product tastes delicious and does not have the "fake" taste people so often describe. If you haven't already, I would turn your attention and familiarize yourself with the ingredients contained within this product as the 4:1:1 ratio speaks for itself . After about a week on the supplement, I definitely felt stronger; however, here is my mental dilemma . Personally, I have experienced a SIGNIFICANT increase in overall recovery time. This noticeable benefit has undoubtedly allowed me to target the next day's muscle group more efficiently without the soreness from the previous day's workout . That being said, I don't know if the increase in strength derives from the product itself or the extraordinary recovery time. Regardless, I would consider this debate irrelevant because at the end of the day, I am getting those extra reps and/or using that slightly heavier weight. To put it to you simply, for anyone who knows anything about muscle growth - that means gains!! In addition to the above mentioned, the product is also affordable at 0.58$ a serving which I believe is very important to consumers / potential buyers.To summarize , I think this is an excellent supplement which , unlike a lot of products (as we are all to familiar with) does in fact fulfill what it advertises.

Postworkouts really get overlooked. I know I overlooked postworkout supplementation and just focused on where I was gonna eat after the gym. All the attention gets put on the preworkouts and that's really a mistake. The gains happen in the recovery, after your workout. The ingredient profile is great and transparent. 1.25g of betaine, critical postworkout, and in a proper dosage. BCAAs including the all important leucine at 2 grams, which is comparable to what you might get in a whole scoop of protein. Sodium and potassium (electrolytes) go a long way towards keeping you from crashing through the rest of your day. Definitely needed on these hot summer days. I like how this is low calorie, giving us the option of adding some quick sugars or eating something. There are times I'll want a postworkout but not the sugar infused cocktails that other brands put out. More people need to put their priorities in postworkout and this is a great choice.

MyoBuild has been slowly retaining a very set spot in my regiment. Whereas prior to it I had bounced back and forth between similar amino/BCAA mixes for pre-workouts, daily hydration or nursing/sipping or a little edge going into plasma donations. The key to my consistent use was not taking that same comparison route I was doing and still see in others where it's held side to side and the winner was determined by "who had more of x and y and an acceptable price on top of that". MyoBuild for me has the most complete package to fit my lifestyle, requirements and expectations. It doesn't taste like chemical garbage. It doesn't hurt my finances. It provides exactly what I need in aminos and BCAA's, and this will seem like a random plus but I can mix up a 16oz bottle of it and not be concerned about an expiration or it losing potency when I get to it.
