I’m so pleased I bought myself this book. Really like the way it’s set out and you’d expect no less from Search Press. What’s really nice about this particular book is that the materials she’s using are not expensive and the projects are basically very elegant ‘stash busters’. I’ve tried paper journaling but usually end up hand sewing certain parts, which leads me to seek out inspiration from stuff that crosses between paper and fabric, which this book does. Great title, very inviting to people that look to combine all their skills in a cohesive and personally meaningful way.

This is a beautiful and inspiring book full of helpful information and 'how to's'. Not so much an instruction manual as a dip in and out for ideas book. Loved it and will be having a go.

I am so pleased with this book it’s really lovely. I am an experienced sewer and have made two previous sewn journals however, this book has thought me so much I didn’t know. Adding colour to fabric and paper by using flowers and berries. Block stamping. Using a petal wash. Flower tapping. Solar dyeing to name a few I am so happy I bought this book. I would definitely recommend it even if you are a beginner or have never sewn before this book gives you step by step instructions and has dozens of clear photos walking you through the process. So pleased with my purchase

I bought this book to help me decide what to do with multiple embroidery pieces I am making. I will be putting them together in a book now.

Beautiful book, can't put it down 😊. I'm so eager to start practicing the techniques shown, and follow some of the projects the author has made. I have so many small embroidery and slow stitched projects of my own that I would love to put together in a journal x

Such a well laid out book with so many inspiring examples. Tilly Rose has certainly ’nailed it’ with this book, it’s one I will make good use of using the variety of ideas, techniques, fabrics, and materials.

I loved this book. It's a great book just to read and browse. There's lots of inspiration and details of how to do things. In addition there are projects to copy with instructions and photos. I've done two of the journals as presents for people basing my designs on two of the projects in the book.
