Bought these knee pads after I had foot surgery and needed to crawl up my hardwood steps. They are easy to put on, stay in place and protect my knees. Worked great for me!

I used these knee pads for the Tracy Anderson online classes as she does most of her exercises on the floor. When I first got then I thought: no way will these fit! Then after a few tight wears the straps stretched substantially which is great! The problem is that after 3 weeks of consistent use (every day) the foam paddings were as flat as pancakes! These might be good for light knee pressure (pole dancing/volleyball). Back on the search for better ones!

Love these and so helpful! I use these with my workout (Tracy Anderson) and if you are familiar with the workout you perform about an hour of exercises on your knees. These have been a lifesaver. They stay put once in place and have a fantastic level of thickness to protect your knees. Highly recommend.

I fall a lot. My nurses come to my house. They always asking when I fell last and want to look at my legs and knees. Last time they came I had these knee protectors. My knees are looking much better now. Well worth the price for myself. They're easy to put on. They can be a little hot but I take them off when sitting around and easy enough to put back on.

I bought these for artistic inline skating. They have great shock absorption, even on pavement, while allowing me the freedom and maneuverability to practice my moves. Highly reccomend!
