product looks brand new when i opened it including the packaging. i cant even tell if it was ever used or not. great for the price. i guess i got lucky. the sound is good but i wish the gain nob was designed differently. i move my mic a lot whenever i need table space so i bump the gain a lot which is why theres tape on it.
