Pleasant Hearth Fillmore Glass Firescreen, Width: 36" - 43", Height 25.5" - 32.5"

I was a little concerned ordering a pricey item over the internet without first seeing it in person. When it arrived, all concern was gone. This is absolutely beautiful but offers so much more. The installation was super easy using a clamp to firebox type system. The doors and screens are magnetic and so much nicer than fighting with sliding screens that rust and get hung when opening like our previous one. It is insulated and does a good job of limiting drafts. We added this when we redesigned our fireplace room. People seeing the room with the update always mention how much they love the firescreen. It was not cheap but the quality matches the price. I should also mention that one of the handles had a small scratch upon delivery, I believe this happened during shipping. The doors and handles have a quality paint coating and still look brand new today. I called the company regarding the scratched handle and received two new handles within a week. Quality product, quality service. Highly recommend.

I live in Arizona so have not used it as a fireplace yet, but it looks very nice, seems to be very sturdy & well made. I love it! Painted my fireplace white with this an a black mantle & it looks awesome!

Love it. First picture is now and second picture was before. Our contractor didn’t know if he would be able to reuse the old one but when he demolished he said I could get a new one. I had ordered a different one from Lowe’s which they cancelled unbeknownst to me. I went to Amazon looking and found this one. Ordered it, price was right, delivered on time and it was simple for him to install.

This is a nice looking firescreen, but is expensive for what it is. It really is meant to simply conceal the inside of a fireplace when not in use because the glass is such a dark tint, which is what we wanted. The paint is durable and does not easily scratch which is nice, but the screen itself seems slightly flimsy as the doors did not quite align because of the inside clamps. When we tightened the clamps that hold it within the fireplace, it slightly raised one door because it isn't as sturdy as I would have liked. The only way to make the doors align just right was to make the inside clamp too loose, which then would have made it less safe.

Arrived with 2 holes in one of the screen doors. I didn't notice it until after I had installed it. Amazon customer service was fantastic. They offered to take everything thing back but all I wanted was to replace the screen door. They couldn't replace the door but did reimburse my account with more than enough to replace my door. 5 stars to Amazon for that. After contacting GHP Group Inc, they offered to send me a new screen door at no cost. 5 stars to their customer service as well. Waiting on it to arrive in a couple more days. As far as the installation goes it was very simple, watched the video on line and read the instructions that came with it. Had it finished in less than 45 minutes.Our Fireplace looks great with the new Pleasant Hearth Fillmore Glass doors.

These fireplace doors are terrific! We have been shopping for doors and they are very expensive ($1,000+) at specialty stores and large stores like Lowes and Home Depot don't carry them in stock. We found these doors on Amazon, ordered them with free shipping, they arrived on time within days. The quality is excellent for the price and the doors were exactly what we wanted. They were super easy to install and look terrific in our gas-fired fireplace. I highly recommend these to everyone.

This is a great looking, solidly built insert. It's very sturdy and both the glass and screen doors move smoothly without slop or noise.That said, there are some major issues:- the mounting brackets didn't work with my fireplace, meaning I had to make some custom brackets and drill into my brick to mount it- the instructions say to never close the glass doors while the fire is burning - the picture is deceiving (fire lit with doors closed)- there was not enough fiberglass insulation provided to fill the channels as the instructions sayIf you have a solely cosmetic fireplace, or you just have a couple fires a year, this is a great looking and very affordable option. If you plan toactually use the fireplace - or *gasp* close the doors while the fire's burning - don't buy this.

We were replacing a fireplace door that would never stay in place. It had fallen forward a few times when we opened either door. It was heavy enough to hurt someone if they didn't catch it. This unit has the same type of mounting hardware on the top, but there is another brace that can be added at the bottom on each side. This unit has top and bottom stability, and there is no sign of a wiggle when the doors are being opened.

Item arrived on time and was easy?? to install. The problem is that one of the door handles was broken. Even though we sent off the requested receipts for proof of purchase we still have not received the new door handle. It has been just about a month now.

The screen looks great. I refaced my fireplace, so I was a bit worried about a new screen not fitting. I had no trouble at all. The doors move easily and smooth when opening/closing. Definitely helps to have 2 people when installing. Could be provided with a bit more insulation, but that is easily obtained if you feel you need more. I recommend this screen to anyone looking for a moderately priced screen that would go well in any decor.
