This is a great product and good value for money however the chrome screw cover caps are missing and i don't know where to to get them from

We have ordered this for our family bathroom which we hardly use. Every time we used it there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and thought the fitter didn't put proper sealant, instead .... the water leaks thru the door itself. We couldn't notice whilst taking a shower all these days and only noticed when the builder demonstrated. too late, cant claim a refund.

Have to say fitting it single handed was interesting. If you can get a second pair of hands, would suggest doing so. I ordered it and it came seemingly well packaged., Unfortunately it was only once secured in place, and some time after receiving it, months that ids, that I noticed a slight crack in the corner. I was too far down the process to take it out and I should have done a better check before fitting. Luckily I could cover it when doing the sealing so will not cause any leaks. .Anyway, overall really happy with the promptness of delivery and quality. All the bits required were present and the odd spare included. Directions like most of these things leaves a lot to be desired but if you have even a small amount of common sense and practicality, it sort of fits together as you would expect. I may need another one for another property and I will definitely return here but will look very carefully at the tray before installing. To be honest the crack may have been by me so should not hold it against the company.
