Thirstystone RainForest Marble Spoon Rest, 11 x 6

This is HUGE! Check the dimension/size to be sure this is what you want. I purchased this for our beverage center to hold a teaspoon. It can actually hold several. I didn't look at the size (my fault), but it is really nice looking. It's too nice to return, so we will use it for spatulas on the stove or counter. It came well packaged and very quickly!

This is a mixed review for me. I bought one years ago and love it. Trying to buy one for a friend. Two of them came in broken. Going to try a third time and then quit.FOLLOW-UP: Third one came in one piece. It is beautiful and I love it!

It is NOT stain resistant to oil! Looks like crap now. Great defense weapon. lol

I love the way it looks on my stove, and I love that it's large and pretty flat. The low profile ensures that it doesn't interfere with the handles of pots and pans on the stove. It's nice to finally have a spoon rest. My only issue is that the stone seems to be a bit porous and it absorbs oil if you place an oily spoon on it. I wish it were sealed or coated somehow. Also when I washed it, the felt on the bottom got wet and started getting dye everywhere. Due to these 2 issues it gets 4 stars instead of 5. I don't regret purchasing it, though, and it's super handy to have.

It's so big! Also, when the bottom got wet it left marks on my counter.

I bought two spoon rest for each of my sons for Christmas. Now, I don't have to frisk my son's before they leave.....

Delivery was right on time but, the picture showed the color to be a gold/brown/beige as shown in the thumbnail to the left of this text box. When it arrived it has more of a blue / gray / pink color.I am disappointed!I can't rate 5 stars for this product.
