As an 85-year-old newbie to weight lifting, I wanted something that would inspire me to stay with it. These adjustable dumbbells are providing just that. They reduce clutter in my small house. After years of reading (and discarding) poorly-constructed how-to's, the tiny booklet that accompanied my dumbbells was a joy, for its instructions on assembly and for its cartoons illustrating use. When I started by Zoom Jazzercise program, I used soup cans for weights the first month. Once I was sure I was going to stick with it, I researched weights. I picked these, because - although pricey - they were cheaper than buying separate weights. They are larger than I expected, but have a good, comfortable grip. I've only used them at the minimum weight, but I'm glad I don't have to make another purchase when I'm ready to move up.There were two different companies selling this product on Amazon, and this was a few dollars less expensive than the other.

It comes with 2 inserted weights that you can remove or keep in. It is extremely easy to hold, and I love feeling the burn the next day. The material of the dumbell is smooth and doesn’t cramp my hands like other dumbbells. Overall great product.

Because of Covid, I have to workout at home most of the time. These weights are fits my needs. As a begginer for upper body strength training, I only want a set of simple compact adjustable weights. This set is much easier to adjust the weights and is cheaper than buying multiple sets. High quality, durable and sturdy material, very comfortable to grip. And after some research and comparison, I found this set has same quality as some best sellers, but the price is lower. A good buy.

55 and toning up my upper body and arms so wanted some variable to keep up with progress. I like the way the add/removal of weights works (and thankfully didn't throw away the foam spacers when unpacking!) Super cute but my dog thinks they are a giant bone, so luckily they look nice on the desk. I like them for doing planks, easier on my wrists with the soft grip to hang on to rather than flat on the floor.

I like not having to have a bunch of different pairs of weights. They are easy to use and work well. The only reason I gave 4 stars is you cant get standard weight, ie 3lbs, 4lbs etc. They are all over the standard weight by a few ounces. Sometimes, when you are rehabbing a shoulder like I am, those extra ounces make a huge difference.

OMG I can't believe how comfortable these dumbells are to hold and how easy it is to adjust in weight. The no slip is probably my favorite part because I don't wear gloves while working out.

Well made hand weights for women. The material it's made of and the size are very comfortable and suitablefor women. It's especially good for beginners because you can increase the weight from 2.2 lbs. to 4.4 lbs. for each.
