Easy enough to assemble but one piece was screwed so tight I had to have my boyfriend unscrew it so I could not finish assembly. Holds our two e-bikes (EUY fat tire and a MTB Cyberbike) without worries of them falling off and the locks work well so we do not have to worry about thief. My only issue is that I had to remove the bottle holder on one bike to clamp the locks down.

Very sturdy and fairly easy to install. A cross bar for step-through bikes is a MUST. Go slow when you install, and pay close attention to the illustrations to get the correct order of things. the two top clamps MUST be in the order of the illustration. The wheel wells should be staggered as shown. Neither of these are mentioned in the instructions.

Got this based on reviews and was on sale. Wanted to get a carrier that would hold as heavy a bike as possible and this is up there with 70 lbs per bike, 2 bikes, 140 lbs total.Easy to assemble: the instructions had numbers in pictures matching numbers on the parts bags.I deducted a star on easy to lock, it ratches in one direction, down, if pushed down too hard the button to unlock the ratchet is hard to push, had to tap mine gently to get it to unlock.Holds my e-bike secure. There's some wobble in my hitch receiver and their hookup which is normal.Here's a tip:Get a small rag and some silicone spray that comes in the can. Squirt a drip on every exposed rivet heads, the locking mechanism hinges... everything.I did this to prevent corrosion on the metal parts and wiped down the ratcheting bar and mechanism. Now it's silky smooth and zero resistance.Overall, pleased with this product

Awesome deal! Heavy duty!!! Took about 25 minutes to put together. Bikes fit perfect and works great for our 2024 Jeep wrangler unlimited…I have 2 Yamaha Crosscore RC E- Bikes and they weigh 53 lbs each and this thing holds them perfectly. Also come with keys to lock both the hitch and the bike holders to prevent theft. Oh yeahhhhhhhhh has tilt feature as well!!! Awesome deal go for it!!!

I love the quality of the entire rack. The design is excellent and I have no trouble getting my 4" x 50 pound Fat tire bike in the rack - even with my physical limitations. Strong mating surfaces that fit perfectly and are easy to assemble. Folds up beautifully for storage.Cons - Design flaws: 1. The vertical locking hooks can be defeated by letting the air out of the FAT tires, so I recommend a sturdy cable lock through the car frame. 2. The pin lock and anti rattle bolt design are excellent, but make sure the lock fully opens before installing it. Mine was defective and it took a half hour, finally risking pliers on the key (LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO) to get enough leverage to remove it. HYPERAX sent me a new one immediately. 3. WHile the pin lock is secure in locking the tongue to the vehicle receiver, the bike support assembly can be stolen while you are off riding by removing the one bolt that secures the assembly to the tongue. I WOULD SUGGEST TO HYPERAX THAT THEY USE THE SAME PIN LOCK ARRANGEMENT FOR THIS BOLT.Other than that this is an excellent device. ADDED LATER: Hyperax sent me a longer pin and new lock. Excellent

We love this bike rack on our Honda civic. It fits both our bikes with ease- I have a cruiser and my husband a fat tire. It did have quite a bit of sway until my husband rigged it. So just be aware you may have to do that if the sway bothers you.

So I want to review this product from the point of view of another manufacturer who contracts for manufacturing in China. This product is remarkably well-made, well-packaged, and has clear and easy instructions to follow. Hats off to the manufacturer. The welds on the tubing are tight and clean, the powder coating on the steel is excellent thickness, the design is great. The part were beautifully and precisely packaged in 100% recyclable material. The assembly manual was an example of clarity, with photos rather than diagrams, and a QR code to link to a video for those who prefer that form. The kit even came with a cool little jackknife-like keychain as a freebie.Hyperax is clearly a company who gets the little things right and sweats the details. It adds up to a superior product that is worth a premium price.

A good bike rack. However the twisting and torque on the rocking motion I fear will cause an issue eventually. I did use the hitch tightener, but it really wasnt enough to stop the motion. I am going to try and stop this with a couple straps through the handle next use.Its also not easy to lift our 70 lb Lectric XP3 bikes onto it. Definitely a 2 person job. Its also on the slightly heavy side and with a 3 inch receiver on the truck its more difficult to line up the pin holes with the weight.
