Good beginner dress form
Came pre built mostly, just had to make the actual stand. The fit is accurate to what the measurements provided were. The value is great for the price, I got i paid for in terms of plain and simple. My pins hold up pretty well so no complaints other than waiting for it to come :p

Makes such a difference!
I love this dress form! I make and alter costumes for a local theater company, so having a variety of sizes on my dress form was a must. The dials are hard to turn, but worth it to have multiple sizes. It's lightweight and easy for me to put in the backseat of my car without disassembling. A few notes: The numbers on the dials don't always match what the measuring tape says. So I always double check with my tape and adjust as needed. There is a pin cushion near the neck -- it's a type of foam -- but it pops out whenever I remove the pin. I plan to glue it in place. The dress form itself is pinnable so it's not necessary to have the pin cushion. Keep in mind that because it's adjustable, there are gaps that can make pinning to the form a little challenging. For example, you can't really pin at center front or center back but instead to the right and left of the center openings. If I was looking for a dress form only to make clothing for myself, I would likely get a form that did not have the dials because it would be easier to use for one size only.

Very helpful product
Super easy to assemble and adjust. It's a real game changer for dressmaking. Getting a much better fit. Do buy the rolling stand accessory...otherwise, we found the feet kept losing their end caps.

Perfect!
Bought this form to assist in making dance costumes for kids and teens and this form is perfect. Came assembled and easy to adjust to the different sizes.

Lots of size adjustment points
That's very excited to find a plus size mannequin. This has a lot of adjustments so you can tweak it where you need it

Not for short waisted or hourglass waisted.
Lots to like about it. It is wobbly. But ok. The dials are fidgety. And you can't open or close one dial all at once You have to adjust all the dials in an area together in increments. Whatever. It works once you are used to it. People saying the dials are hard to turn probably forgot to push the button first LOL!The big problem is if you are short waisted. The waist is too low for me. I have a pronounced hourglass. Actually the front is ok, but the back is not. Like the person it is representing is hunched forward. I understand that is common nowadays, but I am old enough to have learned posture. So I have to make the lower ribcage the waist which makes the bust need to be padded. Again, I have the pads so I can make do.Not sure why everyone has issue with the height. Just remember that you need to tighten in THREE places. And then if you want it to spin, loosen the top of the three a little. Just know that if you need to lift it after loosening, it will slip.

Awesome helper with adjustments
This was a great find as it is plus size and the instructions were great! I use it to adjust and taylor my ill fitted clothing to now fit. My next project is going to be using it to sew new clothing!! I only gave it a 4 because the area of the front bust doesn’t expand but the whole circumference does. But if you know your measurements you make it work as I don’t think any dress form does. This would be a great invention for large breasted woman like myself. Overall a great buy!!

Not made for average female body shape
This is a cheaply made product. The measurements are more for a muscular male with strong pectoral muscles, not a female with breasts.I measured myself and then I measured the form; the measurements were the same yet my clothes wouldn't fit this form and the dress I made for my son's wedding using this form is ill fitting and was so long in the torso for my body that I had to remove 4 and a half inches from the length in the back bodice in order for the dress to fit me, and then it wouldn't fit on the form after I altered it to fit me and I'm an average size woman at 5'2 140 lbs with DD chest. The dials are cheap and hard to manage, they're near impossible to grip and even harder to turn for adjustment, and with barely enough room for my fingertips. I had to use pliers to grip, pinch, and then turn to adjust the dials.I owned a dress form in the mid 1990s and it was a true twin form. This one is not a user friendly product, it feels like a "knockoff" of the original. It seems flimsy and doesn't lock into place well so it spins while trying to use it.I'm hoping I can return it and get a full refund since it basically did more harm than good in the production of my only one of a kind Mother-of-the-Groom dress.
