This isn’t so much about the product which is decent enough for the price but what I had to do to get it. I’ve been arguing a few times with Amazon customer service that something has to have changed with them as I can’t find anything that is Amazon 2 day even though that is the perk I paid for when I subscribed. This item was marked as prime but took 4 almost 5 days to get here and I think I figured out the problem. The delivery guy got out of the van followed by an odor of marijuana so strong I could smell it from 50 feet away and the box smelled so bad like it that rather than reuse it it went straight to the outside trash. Say what you want about the substance about the legality but rolling to my house with it strong enough to give my kids who were close by a buzz isn’t ok. Walmart does 2 day shipping without the 100 + dollar a month charge for the same stuff. Thinking of canceling Prime all together. I wish you could give stars on here to Amazon and not just the product.

These ear buds are fantastic! For the price (very inexpensive), I expected some cheesy product. Boy, was I wrong. The buds came pre-charged and seriously, all I did was take them out of the case, pair my phone and turn on my music. The carrying case is also the charging case, and it has a digital power indicator display that tells you what percentage (out if 100) your buds are at. Also, and this really impressed me, the charger is a backup battery itself. You can even charge your phone with it! The price alone is less than a phone charging battery ! Please excuse all my exclamation marks, I'm just so happy that I bought these. I also bought a pair for a friend who would never use ear buds or headsets, and they've been using this regularly all week. I also like that I can use a single earbud at bedtime to listen to audio books. If the battery gets low, I just switch to the other earbud. I highly recommend this. I will probably buy several more pairs as gifts, and maybe tuck away a few in case I lose one or it wears out.

It is comfortable and sounds great with long battery life, with the bonus the case can also be used to as external USB charger. It does not automatically connect to the paired device when taking it out of the case. Would need to manually connect each time. Unfortunately it is very susceptible to turn itself off/on while in the ears due to its control touches part of the ears. That causes it the need for it to re-paired its left and right buds. Most of these annoying off/on re-pairing takes few seconds and most of the times automatically reconnect to the device. But at times it does not and would require to manually reconnect with the device. So usually if have put them on and there is no issue, would not touch them to risk it move to a "bad placement" in the ear then have the off/on issue.

I work in a call center type office when not working from home and most times its super slow in volume so I put one of these in my ear under my headsets and it just works. Using only one at a time I easily hear when a call comes in. I hit pause when I need to work...unpause my phone when I am done. Once you pair with your phone initially... It AUTOMATICALLY pairs once it is placed in your ear! I LOVE that I dont have to pair it each time... LOVE THAT! GREAT BUY!!!!

I have a Samsung galaxy S22 plus and need some headphones for the gym to listen to music. I saw these and got them, I paired them with my phone and they paired fine. Go to the gym turn them on and music starts,set my phone on the being and step like 2 feet away and the they start cutting out, like I was to far away from them. Phone is on the floor next to my head and same thing,even in my pocket it happened. Not sure if I got a crap pair or what. I like them they look and sound great but can't walk away from them even a foot is too much.

The price is good so I guess I shouldn't have expected too much but here are my issues:The range is not very good. Can't walk more than 10ft away from phone.They keep falling out of ears even though I've changed the tips to the smaller size. So I imagine at some point one or both will fall out and get damaged or lost.Battery life isn't very longBecause of how loose they are I keep having to push them back in my ear to secure them and end up accidentally ending my calls.What's nice about them is they came fully chargedSet up was easyCase is nice and I like the led screen in the caseI would have been satisfied given the price if they at least would stay in place when in use and if I could get a longer charge.Update: I've been using these buds less than a month and already 1 bud is not charging. Also even though they connect to the phone the automated voice continues to repeat the word "pairing" while I am trying to have a conversation. I'm assuming there is no fix for this and I will have to call this a loss.Yes I know the price was low but I had hoped to at least get a good 8 months to a year out of them. I'm so disappointed. They are absolute trash

Normally I'm not one to leave a review on something, but I had to give credit to these awesome earbuds. I work 8-10 hours a day and I use them for probably about 6 to 7 hours out of my day, one earbud at a time (since I have to keep an ear open for my job) but the battery is so amazing that I can go about 4 hours on one, before I have to switch, then by the time my other ear bud is dead the first one is charged! I can go 2-3 days without having to plug in the case, I unfortunately haven't tried charging my phone with it but woth how long they last im sure that feature is also good! Honestly great product for the price!
