Computer great///Bundle unaceptable
The computer is fine. Being that it is refurbished, I am not completely surprised it came without instructions. Why they bundled a case that is too big and protective glass cover that is clearly for another model is beyond me. For that, Amazon should be embarrassed. I read this problem in past reviews, so they were clearly aware of the problem. I guess they are just hoping people don't send it back and the vendor gets paid for something they know is useless to the purchaser. A little deceitful. I sent mine back. However, my glass cover was not on the shipping list, so I could not return it. Maybe I can slice it up and make tape out of it. Silly right? I guess I'll have to swallow that 1.99, but I guess that is the intention. Not good amazon. Anyway, the computer, so far, is great. It fits my needs and, compared to my laptop, is much easier for quick access. Like I said, the computer is fine, but Amazon should make adjustments quickly ( or make their vendors adjust) when they know shipping orders are miss represented. I am a regular shopper at Amazon. I love being a Prime Member, so they get a free pass on this. I just hope they are smart enough to make corrections. There are to many stores vying for my attention. I would hate to leave Amazon...but I would if this continues to be a problem. competing interestsof m

I don't know if these suggestions are offered because other customers like me have purchased the wrong items alongside this tabl
Beware of bundled add-ons!!This tablet was sold with two suggested add ons. A case and X-shield screen protectors. I bought both. I've found that BOTH the add-ons are designed for a wider tablet. They're nearly an inch too wide and both also have the cut out for the front camera on their long side, while the tablet has the front facing camera on the short side. I don't know if these suggestions are offered because other customers like me have purchased the wrong items alongside this tablet, or if Amazon or their seller have made these choices. When I review the photos of the case and shield, they both show the camera on the long side, while the photo of the tablet shows the camera on the short side. However, the method of suggesting these items discourages the casual shopper from making a thorough examination. BE CAREFUL!! I'm returning both the case and the shields. The shields came in a plain paper envelope WITHOUT a microfiber cloth or a squeegee. I went to youtube for video instructions and I'm not pleased that these have been left out. I'd have had to improvise. I think I could have used a hole punch to "relocate" the camera hole, but when I realized the film was nearly an inch too wide, I stopped thinking like McGyver and switch to Ralph Nader.

Stops Charging ( or so I thought )
When first receiving this item it looked very nice. It is very large and a great display. It is a little slower to respond but not something I let bother me. I ordered it on May 9th and I used it on occassion and my son enjoyed playing games on it. Well a few days ago it stopped responding to chargers. Which I did see on many other reviews that I was hoping wouldn't happen to me. Unfortunately it did. Now I have to hope I can get it exchanged seeing as it is beyond the return policy. So I am going to change my review to 3 stars. Only in favor of the seller because I did write them and explain the issue and they were very quick to respond and help me immediately resolve the issue. So in their defense, they are wonderful. As for the tablet, I am not very fond of it. I did find however that if i charge it while powered off, it actually drains the battery. Strange I know. But if I charge it with it on, it actually does take a charge. I don't understand it at all but for now , that seems to help. The tablet itself is of a poor design, it crackles a lot and constantly sounds like it is going to snap. So for that I will conclude my review with 3 stars.

Very nice tablet - Would Recommend
Pros: Works well and the display is large and graphics are okay. I like that HP changed the micro USB back to a standard one, as in my previous tablet, that connection was the weak point. Comes with 16GB internal storage. Sleak design and light.Cons: Google's Android 5.0 has a limited set of options. The biggest issue is that Android 5.0+ will not allow Apps to be moved to the external micro USB card. The user can load media and documents to the card, but the Apps moving function is gone. Ensure to get a large internal memory card, because all apps need to remain on this card. The second problem with this particular tablet is the batter charge is just okay. It's not a power house, but I can use it for my needs.

Good Tablet for the Money
I was a little leary about ordering this tablet because of some of the negative reviews but so far we have been very pleased with this HP 10 tablet. This was a replacement tablet for my wife who was previously usimg an ACER tablet. She primarily uses her tablet for Web searches, reading, and email. She does not play a lot of games nor does she stream alot of online media. The battery life seems to be good andthe screen resolution is very sharp. The only disappointment I have had is trying to find a case that will fit this tablet. Apparently there are not many cases out there for this particular tablet so you have to use a more generic case. Overall this is a good Tablet for the money.

HP 10 G2 2301 - 10.1" Android 5.0 Lollipop... hp
This is my first Tablet and I was surprised how much it is just like my Smart Phone. I was able to get Excel on it for free from Microsoft and I emailed to myself my spreadsheets I wanted on it and was able to save them on it. It's different but it just takes getting used to it. It gets emails fine. I am not pleased with how Google attaches to every cotton picking thing you purchase it seems. We got our phones and had to have Google to operate the same with the Tablet it had to have a Gmail account whether you want it or not.
