We experience the hot flush significantly on first day. Then from the next day body gets used to it and feels less hot flush. Overall I can say it's a genuine product. You can go for it.

As mentioned in many other reviews, I also had a reaction to this vitamin! My whole body became hot and red. Also the packaging, label, etc is very cheap and was a red flag from the beginning. This is not acceptable. Be cautious getting products from this company!!

Took one capsule empty stomach - after 10 mins started flushing beginning with hands, gradually spreading to face particularly ears, neck, chest and then down the legs. There was intense feeling heat radiating from my ears, reddened skin and then itching all over body. This intense feeling lasted 15-20 mins, but complete wear off of symptoms of flushing took 1 hour .Niacin is said to start with low dose of 25 or 50 mg and gradually build the dose where you get maximum benefit. But there are no low dose niacin drug available in India, it's either 250 or 500mg.Niacin has many therapeutic uses so right dose is going to be different for every one depending upon what therapeutic needs they have.

Good product, would recommend. Blood vessels dilation can be seen on forearms. Ldl also reduced, confirmed by blood test.
