They work fine. No need to buy expensive ones.
Second batch of these - will buy another load as and when.Not an exciting thing, but they work, and if you have one of those (domestic) cardiac monitors, these work just fine, and aren't terribly expensive. Everything health related gets a premium, but these are supposed to be disposable, so I want cheap. These stick OK, and connect OK. Equally importantly, they come off OK, and so far I haven't seen any allergy to the glue.Not for professional use, as they no doubt have all sorts of regulations and quality assurance that costs, but for home use, these are fine.

Works but stickiness needs to improve.
I had to wear a heart monitor for a week. After a shower or participating in sport the moisture can cause the stickiness to fail. Do not therefore, just carry one as a spare, keep at least five with you during the day, although you may use just three. Whilst it helped me get through the week, I would advise you to get a large pack or source a product with better stickiness.

Made my skin itch
These do offer good value for money but made my skin turn blotchy and itchy so think there is something my skin does not like. They do stick well and stay in place though.
