He most always holds it by the top handle, but he recently had to wear it on his back. He said this one is far more comfortable than the bag his oxygen company gave him. It also stands upright, thanks to the 4 rubber feet, and it's more sanitary.! The old bag prevents it from being able to sit up, so he lays it on it's side causing him to have to lean way over to pick it up off the floor; which was hard for him. The quality of this tank bag seems very good. He seems to really like this one. The only negative is the dark color. It shows dirt, dust, smears too easily. I would love to find this bag in a lighter color. Would order it again.

I use this backpack to tote a M6 cylinder portable oxygen tank. The description stated the bag should fit 15 inches. It actually stretches to another inch, so this is on point. I sure do appreciate the two zip compartments that are on top of the bag and not inside. I keep a wallet in one part and my keys in another. There are several holes for the cannulas to fit but the most important one is located right on the front of the backpack that you can fit a large size cannula through. That's so convenient. The backpack has adjustable straps for those who like to wear bookbags loose on the back and for those who need it snug as a bug when flung over one shoulder. The bag is so slender, it offers versatility. I'm so glad that after searching page after page, I finally found something that I love!

I really like this oxygen bag because it is not bulky when used as a backpack. The back straps are adjustable and padded. There is also a secure adjustable sprap across the chest that can be worn to keep the back straps in place. The bag is roomy and it has two zip pockets on the front that can hold extra tubing or personal items. It has several opening to use to insert the oxygen cannula. It also has a handle on top. The bag is well-made with sturdy material. I would definitely buy it again.

I like its configuration, it rides comfortably on my back and stays firmly on my shoulders.

This backpack for my oxygen tank is great. The tank fits perfectly in it, and the padded straps make it comfortable to wear.

This backpack seems well made and it is comfortable to wear. It is much more convenient for doing activities such as yard work than one of the carry bags that just hangs on your shoulder and always seem to slip off when you bend or reach for something.

I'm so sad too. Because it took a while for me to find this correct style I wanted. Would have liked a blue or tan but blk ok. Sadly I bought it months ago. Didn't have to use though until Aug 2nd. By end of September the top handle broke off. Then a strap is now tearing AND a seam.. It should have lasted me at least 6mo to a yr like the ones from oxygen company's. They seem to be much tougher. Too late for a refund or replacement incase just bad one. But very disappointed. I hope most have had better luck.
