I was curious why they offered it in 6 packs. But now I know.
This is an unbelievable hot sauce. With most things that come down to personal preference, such as chocolate, wine, hot sauce, beer, cheese, whatever, there is usually something agreed upon that makes something as "good" or not good. When you browse Amazon's very large collection of hot sauces, you'll see some that have 4 stars, or some that have 5 stars, and the only difference, from the outside, seems to be the number of 1 star reviews. On occasion, a hot sauce will really only merit a 4 star response even from its most fevered fans. It's clear that if you purchase 20 hot sauces at random, you will love a few, hate a few, and some will be okay. What I'm telling you here is that this hot sauce will be eaten quickly. You will not dislike this sauce. There's no way. And, you might even fall in love with it, as I did. This hot sauce has a perfect mix of sweetness, bitterness (almost none, but enough to balance the palate), heat, flavor, and consistency. It's very fairly priced as well. The heat is probably not as hot as most sauces. If I had to guess, I'd put it in the 60,000ish range, if that. If you can't stand the idea of chomping down on a fresh jalepeno, this sauce is probably too hot for you. But as long as the heat doesn't overwhelm you, (and it shouldn't; if I have one complaint it's that it's just a little less hot than most hab sauces) you will LOVE this sauce. This is a 0 risk sauce. You will love it, like it, or somewhere in between. You will finish this sauce quickly. There's not a single sauce except for maybe heartbreaking dawns 1498 that has had the universal acclaim this sauce has when I bring it out among guests and friends. At first I was curious why they offered it in 6 packs. But now I know.

Best hot sauce brand I've found
I've tried many hot sauces. Some are just there to literally burn you with no flavor. Some claim it's hot and it's just flavorful. Yellowbird has managed to blend the two and make a great line of hot sauces. From the mild serrano all the way to the habanero, every one of them are flavorful but appropriately spiced. None of them are overly hot and have the actual taste of the pepper as the main ingredient in there. So many other hot sauces are just watered down or just overly hot with no real flavor. And I've tried everything from mild to wild. And the best part of it all is it's American made! And a 2nd great point is it's a small business and not some major company that doesn't care and just wants to make money.I recommend if your interested in trying them get the sample pack, it has like 5 different kinds and it isn't just enough to try it once, you get multiple uses out of each of them so you can really decide which is your favorite

Great flavor with lots of heat
I love this sauce. Super spicy, but not painfully spicy.. if you like heat, this will add it to all of your meals. Great Flavor

Great hot sauce, subtle sweetness. Watch out for pressure build up.
Excellent flavors with this sauce. I had it with breakfast burritos and felt it was perfect on top of eggs as well. The heat level is ok, I think the tangerine juice and carrot add a subtle sweetness to the sauce that makes it a bit unique compared to something like El Yucateco.Note - This sauce tends to become pressurized. I took it out of the fridge and prepared my breakfast one morning. When I twisted the nozzle sauce sprayed on me. I think the culprit is temperature change from the fridge to room temperature. To avoid my mistake, put a napkin over the top when twisting it open and open it right when you take it out of the fridge to avoid pressure from building up.

#1, well worth the cost
I have been making habanero sauces for many years as well as trying lots of brands that reviewers say is the best they've ever tasted. There's a basic recipe that's all over the Internet, one I've followed many times with excellent results; it's hard to beat. And there are many very good commercial brands. I make a big pot of beans about once a week and have them nearly every day for lunch and invariably add some hot sauce of one kind or another. My observation is this: I have never tasted a better habanero sauce than Yellow Bird. The most important attribute of the habanero pepper is its flavor. I have made very tasty sauce from mild habaneros. But I do like more of a kick. Yellow Bird nails it in both departments. If you love habanero sauce, you definitely should try this one.I just had some with a bowl of Mayocoba beans, buttery smooth, perfect accompaniment. If you've never had Mayocoba beans, try them as well.

Extremely Good Hot Sauce
One of my favorite hot sauces for sure! As a person from the Caribbean where we love our spicy foods, this is pretty hot. However, what separates it from many other hot sauces that I’ve tried is that it’s also very flavorful and almost fruity in taste. Works great on most foods I’ve had it with.
