I was worried when it said it didn't fit certain brands that my wife's generic tablet wouldn't fit for some reason. It not only fits fine... But it fits with the case and cover on, with the cover folded behind the tablet! It's been sitting here for days with no problems.It's heavier than I expected... Feels substantial. I might have liked it to be a hair heavier for a tabletop POS device the way I will be using it at trade shows, to make it harder to run off with, but it's strong, sturdy, and well built.

This hold my iPad firmly in place and sits right in my night stand. I’ve moved it to different places in the house and no issues .. very sturdy! Happy with purchase

Love the sturdiness and sleek design.I needed a holder that collapsed, would fit in my luggage or carry on without being bulky and heavy AND would allow me to use my Samsung tablet both vertically and horizontally. This one meets all those requirements perfectly. The holder secured my tablet in both positions and rotates easily. I looked at several less expensive options, but the reviews convinced me this was the best choice, and I'm not the least bit disappointed.The holder won't fit my tablet if the cover is on, but that's because my cover is rather heavy duty. This holder is SO sturdy the tablet doesn't need the protection of a cover until I remove it from the holder for traveling.

If you have your iPad Pro in a case that holds the Apple Pencil 2 in the charging position, and you want to keep it in the case on your stand, you probably want to look at something else. If that’s not important to you, then this seemed like a solid stand that works well. I say “seemed” because I’m in the former category and returned it because I don’t want to keep casing and uncasing my iPad, though I tried to make it work. Were it not for the case issue, I would have kept it and been happy with it, I think.

I think this is the best stand I have ever purchased for the iPad, now we own three!Unlike many stands this folds up flat enough to stow in most travel bags easily.If you take this on a plane, you can tuck the base under your seatbelt and it will sit in your lap giving you convenient hands free access. You can also tuck this into most seat pockets, in such a way that it can still show you the iPad, for example, while you are eating a meal.Once in use in the office, hotel room, or at home, it is super sturdy offering a wide range of viewing options. I use mine with a full size most recent iPad Pro 12.9" and it isn't an issue, but I've also used it with my son's basic iPad. I can't imagine it wouldn't work fine with everything in-between.This has become a must have travel essential working equally well in every scenario from work to play, and the commutes in-between. I use mine with a very thin case that also protects the sides and back of the iPad when it isn't in this stand.

We use this all the time- it works great and love how it can be used in so many different positions and is very sturdy.

I bought this for my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 to raise it up a few inches on my work desk. I wanted one that clamped the device at both edges, so that it could sit vertically and not leaned back. I looked at a few that were listed on Amazon, but they all raised the device up too high to use comfortably when sitting at my desk. I'm using it with the keyboard folded back and it supports the Surface Pro in both landscape and portrait mode. It's solid and holds the device securely. Overall very pleased and given the low price, great value for money.
