Fody Foods Maple BBQ Sauce, Low Fodmap Certified, Sensitive Recipe, Gut & IBS Friendly, 9.6oz, Packaging May Vary

I have IBS and certain foods definitely trigger an attack. The FODMAP food diet works pretty well but sometimes I can still get an attack due to a hidden ingredient: high fructose is an IBS attack trigger! If u are sensitive like me - it’s in like Ketchup, bar B Q sauce not real maple syrup, popsicles and even lifesavers candy! If you read labels you can see it. I found no high fructose corn syrup chocolate sauce at the store, also 100% pure maple syrup without that additive, but never save the ketchup or Bar b Q sauce. So thank you for making and selling this.

This sauce allows me to enjoy my food like everyone else! It brings normalcy to my g.i. condition.

Easy on the stomach good taste. Little strong on the apple cider vinegar flavor but I added a little maple syrup to take it down a little. Way cheaper ordering from the manufacturer but it was out of stock from them at the time.

overal taste decent, but too much sharp vinegar overtaste. Will mix with regular BBQ (kinders mild) to make very good...although there will be some garlic and onion involved.

i ordered a few bottles and every single bottle had a damaged seal. i contacted FODY and they said if i had purchased directly from them they would replace it but since it was from Amazon they couldn’t guarantee quality of the product. It’s a good product but I will definitely buy it directly from FODY next time!!

It's pretty good. Better than I expected knowing all the FODMAP restrictions. Good to be able to enjoy BBQ without being apprehensive. Nice not to have attempt to invent a FODMAP BBQ sauce. Not overly sweet and not overly hot spicy. I'm being to sound like Goldilocks! It's good. I recommend it.

Expensive but for those trying to stay away from onions and garlic it is pretty good
